“The staff is so disrespectful! We arrived at this place around 12:35pm and the hostess said they would have a 35 min wait list. We said ok, got our names in the wait list and left. After 35 min I came back for a time check and the hostess said more 30 min wait. We have a toddler and 1 hour wait would be too much for the toddler. I asked to talk to the manager but the hostess said there was no manager on duty that day. I insisted since that wouldn't make any sense. After begging to talk to the person in charge, finally someone showed up. The manager was even more disrespectful than the hostess - she kept this ironic smile all the time and said that the hostess removed our names from the list by mistake but nothing could be done, not even offer us the top of the wait list and we had to go to the bottom of the list again. She also said they were doing the best they could - I left without saying a word since keep discussing was just pointless - when I walk out the door I just heard "and please don't come back". Just don't come here.“

We are addicted to their sunny-side up eggs and crunchy hash browns for quite some years! The quality is always consistent and their coffee is excellent even when cold! The couple has high integrity and we appreciate it!“

“Man, I’ve been in BC for 3yrs now and I hadn’t been here. When I tell you it’s a whole vibe! Love the rustic style and graffiti everywhere. The dude who served us - so efficient, but did not gaf! Took our orders, brought the food, near about threw the cutlery on the table - no napkins to break the fall! Even the coffee is self-serve. The food was awesome! I got the all day breakfast with a side of sausages. My sister got pancakes, English muffins and a side of hashbrowns. Beware the size of the pancakes - it’s HUGE! The side of hashbrowns was also huge. Tipped 18%. 100% recommended. Definitely coming back!“

“Amazing service by our server. We came in a bit late in the afternoon and asked for a coffee and hot chocolate. We were offered whipped cream for our hot chocolate and real cream for the coffee. Server was attentive and friendly. Definitely would recommend.“

I was so upset about this when I went.

They do still have some options for gluten-free dining, but its eggs and bacon sorts of meals. Nothing with pancakes or waffles, which lets be honest, is what you want when you go to ihop.

The food was still good, and the service too. My friends and I were there for quite awhile, and they never got impatient with us or told us to settle up.

All in all it was good...I just miss the gluten-free pancake option.“

“This was probably the best experience I’ve had at an establishment. Our waiter, Mina, was the kindest, most welcoming, and attentive server we’ve ever had! The joy that radiated from her was infectious. She truly enjoyed working at this establishment, and we could tell. She went above and beyond and brought a to-go cup of coffee without us even asking!! I do not know who to tell this to; however, she needs a raise or promotion; she is an angel! 💕🌸💕“
