“We were up visiting and needed to kill a little time before check-in, so we thought we would grab a bite at the pub downstairs. The food was delicious but the service was even better. Our waitress, Kate (sp?), provided exceptional service. She was affable, attentive, and very accommodating. One member of our party has significant dietary restrictions, but Kate and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure that she could was able to get her food as well.“

“My parents and brother arrived to Canada from the U.S for a trip through Glacier National Park among a few other places and we stumbled upon La Belle De Patate on a rainy day for a hike. Little did I know this would be one of the best places for a hot dog with sauerkraut. We went on a trip in 2012 July and this place and its business owner were the best. We even met him at a Safeway later the same week and exchanged glances of approval. Would return again.“

“We were staying at the hotel while my hubby had heart surgery and ate there our first night. THE FOOD AT ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING!! The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!“

“A beautiful spot in downtown Victoria across from the inner harbor. The flower adorned patio is absolutely stunning. Inside the pub feel is a little on the dark side, but has a really good vibe. The food was quite good and the beer was cold. The service was slow. All in all it was a good dining experience although a little bit more shade on the patio would have been appreciated.“

I LOVE my Black and Blue burger and always ordered it but recently ate my friend's leftovers and now am addicted to their Chicken Rice bowl. I have to restrict myself from coming here every day. “What the heck did I just eat? That was the first time at Bold and the BEST chicken wrap I’ve ever had. I also had delicious pita chips but that wrap was an experience.

“Had a fantastic experience at this boat yard and will definitely be coming back the next time I need to haul out. The staff were accommodating and helpful, reminded me of that good old fashioned Island hospitality. It's a busy yard yet they were able to book me in on short notice. I needed some help to reposition the boat stands and they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. The nearby pub and cafe both had good food and was convenient since I wanted to focus on my boat project rather than making food. There is also a neat little consignment boat chandelier where I was able to stock up on a bunch of fuel filters for my Yanmar 2GM20F.“

“Our favourite A&W in Victoria. The quality of food is always stable and good. We love their organic coffee, freshly brewed all the time. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Sam, Henner, Susie, Geraldine and Mark in the kitchen too, who make customers feel welcomed. The place is always clean and tidy. We love to have breakfast there. It is always hot and fresh. Really appreciate their efforts, Highly recommend it.“

“I had such a wonderful experience with this Dairy Queen location! I ordered a baby announcement cake, and the management and team truly went above and beyond to make it special. From the start, they were incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the design matched what I had in mind. “Never been there before but its a quiet atmosphere didn't know what to think of it. But we ordered the Zoo sticks (zucchini sticks) the absolutely best and I travel all over Canada. Then we ordered the steak mashed potatoes and broccoli done to perfection 👌 and then to start on the drinks I had the rose sangria fizz not only was it beautiful to look at but my taste buds loved it too. Jesse our server/bartender easy going, attentive a great asset to that team and establishment. Next time I come through I definitely will be stopping over and over
