“Just had a coffee in Presso Cafe (used to be Waves Coffee). Still early days as owner was also behind the counter, helping out. It has a warmer atmosphere than Waves and there seems to be a wider range of eatable items.
I enjoyed my filtered coffee and peach loaf.“

“My girlfriends and I went to this place to try and we were pleasantly pleased with the service and food. We ordered the One Meter Special Roll for 3 people that included 6 rolls. We also ordered the Shrimp Sashimi cooked twice. Everything was yummy, service was great and the atmosphere/deco was pleasing. Street parking is available in front of restaurant or across the street at the supermarket parkade. Definitely, we would try this place again.“

“Love this Cafe! The vintage Mercedes-Benz models R107 and auto showroom/luxury vibe mixed with café comfort brings a warm and fresh atmosphere to this new café. The perfect place for community gatherings and hanging out with friends while enjoying a good coffee and bite. I highly recommend the mortadella and pesto sandwich. Really recommend and will definitely be coming back for my study sessions and with friends. Get their ‘special’ menu items, it’s genuinely a big cut above standard phó/vermicelli. Had number 37, I’m gonna come back and get it every time (I’m that kind of person). The portion wasn’t big but the amount of meat was generous for the size and the flavour was excellent. Well balanced and spiced and will plenty of veggies to put in as well as garlic and thai chillies on the side. Not greasy, not too salty.
It’s chill in here, I like the decor and the staff are friendly. They give you a good sized pot of tea and in general aren’t going to check up much but that’s okay with me.“

“Today was a hot busy Saturday and I was in the mall from about 6-9pm closing. I kept my eye on the yogenfruz waiting for the line to die down a bit. Every single time I checked back it had only gotten bigger! I ended up being one of the last people before the mall closed and these people were so incredibly kind and fast and courteous. “This is my local watering hole I love the pub and it’s food and service but Sunday karaoke is not very good. We showed up at 9:30 and they won’t take anymore requests because they accept peoples requests hours before it starts via text. It’s all the same people singing and won’t allow new people to sing.“

“I went with friends for a birthday dinner. The food was great, and the restaurant has a classy feel. Our servers, Rachael and Ritish were very warm and genuine. They presented the birthday girl with a delicious lava cake(looked beautiful on the plate)and sang happy birthday 🙂“

“While there’s a lot to like about this Starbs, this morning they were pumping Toxic by Britney Spears and while I agree it’s a hot jam, 5am is not the time for Queen B. I used to take my book with me in the morning with the hope that I could do some reading, but sadly who’s ever choosing the music is still in clubbing mode from the night before on most mornings which doesn’t really set the mood. Missing the old jazz and indie playlists in general from Starbs which were incredibly curated and surprisingly erudite.“

The egg and minced beef congee, however, is smooth, tasty, and well-balanced in flavor. It’s definitely the highlight of the meal and worth a try. Prices are quite reasonable, making it a decent spot to stop by for a comforting bowl of congee.“

“DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to support a cheap company. I work for Door Dash and just finished completing a merchant order from there. I carried 10 heavy boxes of spring rolls to their store on L2 Brentwood Mall. $200 worth of food and $0 tips from them. This is a disgrace and I will never take an order from Will H again at this store. If I can go lower than 1 star I would but Google forces me to give 1. Embarrassing to have restaurants like these exist.“

“Great pizza at good prices! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even have some entertainment while you are waiting. We got to enjoy some great Spanish music some other customers were playing on their guitars...this is the great thing about the Heights neighborhood.“

“Upon entering, they have a number system, make sure you grab a number.
The staff here is very very polite and friendly. Our server even asked us if it's our first time here, and what she would recommend. The lunch combos come with a complementry drink. Our drinks were delicious. We didn't drink the majority of it because we didn't want to fill ourselves up before our hotpot.

My friend got the Korean hot pot. It is nicely spiced, exceeds generous in portion and she said she would order this again.
She didn't realize that the hot pot had ramen noodles inside it. This combo comes with a side of rice too. I got the seafood and tofu hot pot. I also didn't realize that it had vermecelli noodles in it, and my combo came with a complementry choice of vermecelli noodles or rice. Word of caution, ask the server if the hotpot has any noodles inside it first, before choosing your complementary side. Also come hungry because it's a whole lot of food. We ended up taking our free beverages with us back to the dog park. It was perfect, no complaints.

Our meals were delicious. My friend loved how they refill our hotpot with broth, and not water. It's a pet peeve we got lol. If your hot pot gets too hot you can ask the server to put out the flame.
Would we come back? Based upon our own experience, we had a great lunch here. So yes.“
