“This outlet is #1, of any Tim's I have been too. The communication and superior management, shows in all the staffs faces. You smile and all the staff that see you smile back . They are calm , cool , and collected while doing a too notch customer service.

“The weekday morning crew at this location is great. Always seems to be properly staffed and everyone working hard! I usually mobile order, but the staff are always very fast and friendly. The Filipino manager or supervisor (I think her name is Gladys?) is really nice, remembers me, and always helps expedite my order.

This must be really difficult to work at (close to skytrain, lots of unhoused individuals, and mental health/drug use), but the staff seem to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I've never felt unsafe coming here.“

Parking: small parking lot directly in front of the restaurant, not good for larger vehicles; attached to a larger parking lot for the fitness place and restaurant next door.

“For a gas location, I’m pretty impressed. Kinda safe too late nite if you know what I mean.

Off the quieter part of Lougheed Hwy.

Ordered online, busy for a Saturday morning. The Farmers wrap is my go-to with extra chipotle sauce for 30 cents more, sure why not.

Ended up buying a lottery ticket while waiting. This Esso is a gold mine with the traffic in and out.

So obviously no seating area for those looking to hang with their friends.

“Enjoyed wildberry hibiscus quencher. Service fairly fast. Clean washroom too. Came again and had cold hazelnut drink and honey crueller. Using my gift card so coming regularly. Got table today too. Came again and got pumpkin spice ice cap and four cheese twist. All very delicious with twist crunchy on outside and soft inside with nice cheese flavour. Came again and got lemonade and red pepper swirl. Great taste and flavourful. Came again for hot chocolate and Nutella croissant. Great taste. Friendly efficient staff. Room to sit. “I used to order food from mobile app. They have a good service. Most of the food are served efficiently. Sometimes, they are efficient. I have compared the size of the chicken bacon ranch wrap with Iphone SE 3rd gen phone to make other comfortable in deciding the size of the wrap before the order. Please find tge photo below.

“Sometimes apps are difficult to figure out, but when I went to “activate” my Tim Horton’s free birthday sandwich wrap, the lady at this location not only clicked what I needed to do, she got me a nice large orange pekoe tea on top when I did not know it included a drink, and after another person who made the order brought the drink, she delivered another nice bonus, a beautiful smile and a “hope you have a nice birthday”. “I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I have always found the coffee to be very good and the tea options to be excellent. The food is also very good and reasonably priced.I have never had any problems with the service at this location, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go on weekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared.The staff is generally very friendly and efficient! Great job!“
