“The weekday morning crew at this location is great. Always seems to be properly staffed and everyone working hard! I usually mobile order, but the staff are always very fast and friendly. The Filipino manager or supervisor (I think her name is Gladys?) is really nice, remembers me, and always helps expedite my order.

This must be really difficult to work at (close to skytrain, lots of unhoused individuals, and mental health/drug use), but the staff seem to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I've never felt unsafe coming here.“

I have compared the size of the chicken bacon ranch wrap with Iphone SE 3rd gen phone to make other comfortable in deciding the size of the wrap before the order. Please find tge photo below.

“Sometimes apps are difficult to figure out, but when I went to “activate” my Tim Horton’s free birthday sandwich wrap, the lady at this location not only clicked what I needed to do, she got me a nice large orange pekoe tea on top when I did not know it included a drink, and after another person who made the order brought the drink, she delivered another nice bonus, a beautiful smile and a “hope you have a nice birthday”. The food is also very good and reasonably priced.I have never had any problems with the service at this location, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go on weekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared.The staff is generally very friendly and efficient!
