“This is one of the nicer Starbucks in our city.
Very well situated (right by the intersection) off
Yale and Airport roads, very clean and beautiful layout inside. It has very good vibe, great music and the staff is very friendly.
Nice place to use wifi or just chill on your phone.
Lots of space for a relatively smaller Starbucks building. Their drinks and food are same as other Stbx but the ambiance is very nice.“
“This Starbucks is clean and comfortable, with a cozy seating area that’s great for working on a laptop or meeting up with friends. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the ordering and pickup process smooth. Drinks are consistent in quality the coffee is aromatic and the pastries/snacks are solid as always.
It can get a little crowded during peak hours, so expect some wait time, and parking can be limited. Still, it’s a convenient spot whether you’re grabbing coffee to go or sitting down to relax.
Recommended: Caffè Latte, seasonal drinks
Note: Can be busy during peak hours
Overall, a reliable and welcoming Starbucks location.“
“Really great place to study! Very welcoming environment and nice staff! Specifically Sue was very friendly and welcomed me in, offered if they could get me anything while I was studying, and was smiling the entire time I was there. I observed Sue do this for countless of other customers! There are available plug ins for charging laptops and comfortable seating. It is a little loud but I have noise cancelling headphones so I can’t hear anything while studying!“
“Used the drive thru. The person who helped me was very pleasant. The sun was shining in her eyes all morning due to the position of the sun. I felt bad for her. They should be able to wear sunnies during their work shift to protect their delicate eyes.
Parking: Shared mall parking“
“Came in for a coffee and coffee cake as usual, my timing was perfect as a barista was handing out samples of lemon loaf and a strawberry frap. Breakfast and a treat, delightful. The store is always clean and the staff all seem happy to be at work!“
“This store is usually amazing … to the Sunday supervisor please do your trainees a favour … have in training next to their name tag. The gal that served me thru the drive thru Had made a mistake … I kindly corrected her on the up charge to breve… her attitude and mood changed instantly - which is extremely disappointing. If this gal can not take someone pointing out an error what will happen when she messes someone’s order up and they are irate … customer service is a tough job. Being able to maintain your positive attitude when even errors happen is a skill… that was the point I was trying to make when I called … at no time did I ask for you to terminate her …
So please do this gal a favour and d have in training on her apron.“
