“This is by far the best cafe/coffeehouse in Coquitlam, if not the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing, fresh, and filling, and the coffee is also fantastic! And prices are also really reasonable! The atmosphere in this place is always friendly, and if you call for take out its ready in a timely manner, I work in the area at times and always come here for lunch if I'm there around that time 10/10 beanery, keep doing what you're doing ❤️“

“Had some sweet late-night dessert here.
We decided to try Passion8 in Coquitlam after having such a good experience at their Vancouver location.
Coquitlam did not disappoint. While they may not have the exact same menu, everything we tried was great. I wanted to order a croffle, but it wasn't available, so we ended up with two slices of cake: matcha and cookie dough. And honestly, that turned out to be an excellent idea.
The matcha cake was not too sweet and had a dense texture, just the way matcha should be. The cookie dough cake had chewy dough pieces on top, the right level of sweetness, and was perfectly moist. Everything was just so good.
We also ordered a Spanish Latte and a Chai Tea Latte, both were equally enjoyable. Surprisingly, the Chai Latte wasn't bland at all.
We paid $33 for four items, good for two people, including tip.
Service was good, the interior had a rustic vibe, and parking was easy since it’s located in an outdoor complex.

“I have dined in at this cafe several times and the peach fifty ade is always delicious. The brunch and sandwiches are very underrated and I always enjoy spending time here. I ordered delivery on uber for the first time and it was wonderful. They were unfortunately out of stock on an item I ordered and they gave me a call for it but I couldn't receive it since the number for my account was linked to my boyfriends :(
they left me a cute note on the bag about it which was very nice. It really made my day! I highly reccomend this cafe :)“

“Excellent food options, great service and atmosphere with seating. Too bad it closes by 5PM, would love if hours extended until 8PM. Quiche is simple but big, I prefer the Turkey Brie Panini though. I appreciate that they publish the ingredients of each food item clearly.“

“This cafe is probably my favourite cafe in the Coquitlam centre area. They make the most amazing Spanish lattes and they are always very sweet when you come in. If I am organizing a meetup with friends I always recommend to come here. I always recommend!!“

“I live nearby, and today was my first time visiting this Korean-style café. The interior is bright, clean, and very inviting. All the cakes displayed at the counter looked delicious—although I didn’t try any this time, I definitely want to come back and taste them next time.
The staff at the front counter was friendly and attentive. When the shop wasn’t busy, I asked her a few questions about Korean beauty products, and she was very helpful and patient in answering them.
Overall, it’s a place I’d love to visit again.“

“I’ve always enjoyed the coffee and desserts here — they are usually wonderful! However, the coffee I had today tasted a bit weaker than usual. I didn’t ask for a new one since I was short on time and a friend bought it for me, but I felt a little disappointed. I truly appreciate the usual quality and hope the flavor can stay consistent. I’m looking forward to visiting again and enjoying the delicious coffee I’ve always loved.“
