“A small and nice Thai restaurant located along the southern end of Granville St. It may not be extravagant, but the food offers good value for its price and portion size. If you're in the mood for a laid-back, comforting Thai meal, this spot is an excellent option!!“

“This braised pork rice is so delicious. The braised pork is delicious and fresh. Their smell can be heard from other restaurants in the distance! The entire food court is filled with the aroma of braised pork! It’s irresistible to everyone. Their braised pork is made by top chefs. To be honest, the good music coupled with the braised pork cooked by them is the atmosphere and the real taste of hometown!“

“I have recently found this place near my work, and this place is amazing and will be my go to place for lunch break! (Food court $14-$16 but $10-$13 for malatang is amazing!! Depends how much you put! $3.99/100g I believe)
The taste also reminds me of malatang I had in Korea!! I love this place so much :3“

“We normally go to their location on Victoria Drive. This is our favorite Hong Kong-style cafe. The staff always chat with us and check how we are doing.Today we were in this area and just needed a small snack before heading home to make dinner. We had French toast and Peanut Butter toast with condensed milk. You can see French toast was crispy but not oily. They put the right amount of peanut butter and condensed milk.Their hot drink was great as always. Same for daily soup!
Parking: There is very limited free parking at the rear, but there is some paid street parking nearby.“

“I ate there once 8 years ago, but the service was so bad that I never went there again, but this time I took takeout. When I called, the service staff were very polite and the process of picking up the food was normal, which was different from 8 years ago. When I got home, the soup had actually spilled out of the box. The soup was so hot that the box was completely deformed. Fortunately, they had a bag wrapped around the box. I suggest you put the soup directly in the bag and tie it with a small pink string like Taiwan?
This time I really tasted braised beef tripe, braised large intestine and beef noodles - half gluten and half meat. It was really delicious this time. I declare this is the best braised large intestine in Vancouver, smaller than Xunjiang. The restaurant is still delicious, the beef noodles are also delicious, and there are less sauerkraut than before, but the flaws are not hidden. I missed 8 years, push push“

“My go to in crystal for Asian and asianized western.
They have good food here, the ladies are friendly. Kind of.
I think they've been serving with the most consistent food quality and prices over the last decade.
I recommend their salted fish and chicken fried rice, a classic.
I'd likely come back again, because it make a great bite when you're finished buying groceries.“
“I was recommended to their steam minced pork when I met my friend at the food court so I ordered one to bring home. It took more than half an hour to receive my order even though they were not busy at late afternoon. The price is consider high for $19 at food court. The food is surprisely tasty, juicy and tender. After 3 days, I phoned to order one for take out again so I did not have t wait.“

“No many people choose this healthier diet in this food court, however, you should try their noodle soup with grains-noodles.Real fish and pork broth are creamy and rich, very delicious with those topping. The price is pretty fair and worth for what you get.Food court atmosphere is not quite nice, pretty noisy even located at the corner. It is very clean and washroom close by.I would like to choose this one again when next time visit.“

“Food: The Rose Milk Tea and the Chicken Nuggets on Rice were very good, juicy, and fresh. They were delicious.Service: the staff was super friendly and nice. The person read my mind and gave me the bill right away.Atmosphere: the restaurant had a modern decor. Very spacey and comfortable. A minor one: I thought the table can be a tiny bit cleaner. Overall, it’s a relaxing place to enjoy a meal.“

“Response: No, I ate at the food court, served in a paper plate. But, I appreciate the owner's prompt response & explanation.
$13.80 乾炒牛河 + $1 凍檸茶 + GST = $15.54
They charged me $16?
I don’t mind giving the $0.46 tips but imagine them ripping 200 customers out like this on a daily basis…“
“Tin Tin Kitchen offers an exceptional dining experience with their excellent baked spaghetti with meat sauce—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Pair it with their outstanding Hong Kong milk tea, which is creamy, aromatic, and truly satisfying. The combination of delicious food and delightful drinks makes Tin Tin Kitchen a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable meal.“
