“Nice place to get a drink and rest in this mall if you don't want to sit at the food court. Decent selection of fruit and non dairy options. No selection for ice nor sweetness. The drink was too sweet for me personally but the boba is chewy and delish~“
“The atmosphere is a solid10/10 I loved the decoration and the coziness of the place, I'm very basic so I always stick with brown sugar milk tea LOL. And the staff are very friendly as will. Y'all have to try this location it's one of my fav???“
“We tried the noodle with 3 kinds of beef’s, one you spicy soup & one with regular soup. They are very good, but next time we will get one with noodle & one without noodles, it is a bit too much for us. Waitress are super attentive. Great experience.“
“Custom orders are possible such as coconut-strawberry milk tea/slush. Our go to's are coconut milk tea, strawberry cheesecake, sour plum, taro-coconut, or watermelon fresh fruit milk tea The lady who dedicates her time there is so sweet.“
“Very knowledgeable staff, replies to my questions with certainty. I tried the Thai milk tea with white pearls, wasn't the best tea but also wasn't the worst! However, the pearls were still very QQ. I think it is worth giving it another shot since I went pretty late at night.“
“Just like home! This cafe has a good and drinks.I enjoyed the chicken platter and my friend enjoyed the chicken wrap. Also tried the pina colada slush, very good. They gave my friend the extra of the slush too, wonderful gesture.Kim was a sweetheart and love her faith!Thank you for serving us.Highly recommend.Parking: Victoria drive can get busy at times, so neighbourhood parking is available.“
“The bingsoo was good but not amazing. A lot of strawberry at the top but wish they added more almonds and mochi. Only a few mochi pieces!Other than it was good 3.5 /5The place is usually really busy. It’s a good to spot for waffles! They waffles are delicious“
“I came here for something light and was shocked by how expensive the "small bites" section is. The beef wrap I got cost $9 before taxes and tips and the portion was very disappointing. Out of the 4 pieces, pretty much only 2 of the middle ones have good stuffing, the others barely have much in them. They do taste pretty good though.I like the online ordering system where we could just order on our phones. However, they only accept cash or debit ($10 or more), and they do not do split bills.“
“We have been to this place as I craved some dessert! The wheel cake sounded different to me, but it tasted really good.So it is basically the pancake and the stuffed part . You can’t see the stuffed part but can only taste when you bite. A good experience though! They have special of the day and their pearl & custard cakes are fastly gone ones!Even the place looks cute and cozy ?“
“I love bubble tea and have tried many places. This place has the best bubble tea, most friendly staff, and best food place hygiene. My favourite is Oolong milk tea with pearls. The taste of Oolong tea with sweetness of brown sugar pearls is the perfect mix.I am glad that they kept their clear cup unlike a few other BBT places. The visual presentation is so important for drinks and desserts.“
“I love going to this Chun Fun How! is my new go-to bubble tea! The cozy vibe, friendly staff, and top-notch ingredients make it a standout. I tried their classic milk tea with pearls, and it was a perfect balance of sweetness. Reasonable price, too! Can’t wait to try more!“
“The service is really nice and the tea taste is really delicious because they brew their tea. For me. 30% sweet is perfect, especially if there's pearls since the pearls is sweet and chewy. There will be is a bit on the pricier end due to the quality and I wish there was some places to sit.“
“What makes this location special can be attributed to their quality tea and rich aroma along with fresh pearls while keeping the price for each cup lower than average. One of the best in metro Vancouver. There's a few individuals working here with fantastic mixer tea brewer skills although the customer service and tea availability can improve. Their ice cream has good flavor too.Few haters review here with little understanding of bbtea but let me assure you that this joint is far above and beyond the others nearby.“
“Amazing hidden ? gem for 100% fresh squeezed juice at a great price! It’s like a mama’s juice kitchen with fresh ingredients and the juices are made to order with fresh produce before your eyes. No fillers or additives, just pure fresh squeezed juice! Tried the fresh squeezed apple, carrot, and celery juice combination and it tasted healthy and refreshing. Will definitely be back. They also sell desserts, snacks, and other drink varieties.“
“The snoopy Lunar New years cups are festive and adorable. We last tried their mango when it was in season and, this time, tried the seasonal Tieguanyin oolong milk tea and ruby grapefruit li-li tea with green tea jelly. The Tieguanyin used is the Taiwanese type that's roasted, and you can pick up the toasty and smoky notes in the milk tea, we had it hot with half sugar, and the aroma was subtle but good. Not to be confused with the green floral Tieguanyin that is more common in restaurants.Macu tea is better known for their fruit teas, and although the hot oolong milk tea was a pleasant drink, the grapefruit li-li was more memorable. Juicy and has brusts of chewy fruit pieces, paired well with the green tea jelly recommended by the staff, the drink was refreshing.Staff is polite and helpful. This store is spacious, but grab and go only, may help to have a few chairs to chill or simply to just sit and wait for drinks.“
“Ordered the mango sago slush and the pineapple oat milk. The mango slush is so good! Just the right amount of sweetness and it’s very refreshing. The pineapple oat milk tasted very sweet even though I ordered 50% sugar, and I didn’t taste the pineapple much. However, overall I think this is a good place for fruity drinks and their pearls are good.“
“I think the experience has to do with the food u order. I was here another time and it wasn’t as pleasant. Glad I gave it a second chance . I’m going to stick to ordering the same thing when I return. The dishes in the attached photo:Spicy beef noodlesSquid tentacles (ask for a dipping sauce)Taro slush with coconut jellyPassionfruit green teaThe male server gave really good service too. Not sure if it’s because it wasn’t too busy but he was really attentive and didn’t rush us out. We ended up tipping 20% which is considerably high for a casual bubble tea establishment.“
“Went there twice in the last month. First time had the crepe cake and some drinks with a friend and the crepe cake was tasty, fresh and not too sweet. Went back to get take out and got 2 slices.of crepe cake, the tiramisu and Earl Grey, both were delicious. A little more than $11 a slice so not super cheap, but worth the indulgence every now and then.“
“Very good, you can tell they use high quality coffee beans. Unique drink list, my first time trying a coconut latte?. Great bar area to enjoy coffee. It's nice knowing it a local small business and the owners are onsite ensuring every customer gets great service!“
“Best bubble tea I've had yet! We ordered a mango mochi and a mint chocolate aero (with extra chocolate ?) Absolutely delicious and the customer service is exceptional. There are so many different flavors to taste & I will definitely be trying most of them!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Wide selection of drinks on menu. I tried the oolong tea macchiato and grass jelly milk tea. The oolong flavour was strong and not watered down. The macchiato foam on top was thick and creamy. The grass jelly was silky smooth, not chunky like other grass jellies I’ve tried. Will be going back to try more flavours :)“
“I personally ordered the classic milk tea and felt that it wasn't too sweet and felt balanced. My only recommendation would be to not get the smaller pearls because they were just a weird consistency :/ I tried 3 other drinks and I'd say that the fruit teas have a little bit of an edge compared to the milk teas.“
“The Tiramisu is a little expensive but probably my favourite! The blue galaxy drink was pretty and had mango jelly which was hard to drink but overall very good. Recommend the chicken, the curry was just ok.There isn’t a parking lot but street parking in the area and a time limit for seating.“
“An unseeming place on a street spanning 3-4 other boba competitors Boba Monster stands out! It's a bit small and hard to look out for if you are driving, Boba Monster can be easily missed. Store is definitely family owned and operated and it is small and somewhat messy. I think they had ideas for creating IG vibes for photo oppt. but gave up after awhile. My oolong MT with brown sugar Boba looked really sweet, but when I drank it it was a perfect balance! I don't think there is any customization, but it was great as is!The boba was not overly sweet nor too soft..perfect QQ texture. The drink itself could probably use a bit more tea flavour, but overall it was fantastic! From the service to the actual drink Boba Monster is pretty solid!“
“My girlfriend and I went to the mother ship Dinesty off Gilbert road but there was a line up out the door at around 630 pm. After some back and forth we decided to try the relatively new opened Dinesty lite.Big free parking lot, so no issues there. On entry, it's a modern spacious place. Bright and clean. It was also only a third full. We were wisked in immediately and seated. The menu has a few cross over items from the big Dinesty but the dishes here are more for single serving versus family style. Menu is smaller and has different dishes and appetizers. We didn't try it but it has bubble tea and a huge asian desert menu which looked really good.We had the fried squid tentacles which were probably some of the best we have had. We had the Xiao long bao which were good, they come it baskets of 4. We had a kimchi fried rice which was excellent and good portion size, as well as seasonal vegetables, and soup dumplings with beef. All together with tip about $80. Would go back to try other dishes and their desert.$$“
“Been here several times now, but finally decided write a review after another great visit. Young woman running the shop today was super nice and made an excellent osmanthus rice milk tea. Diverse menu with options not available at most bbt shops. Excellent execution everytime and relatively “cheap”: easily one of my faves bbts in Vancouver. Only knock against it is that they’re sometimes take a bit longer to make the drinks“
“Super hard to find! I looked at the Guaigou map and wandered around but couldn't find it. Later, I vaguely saw the curtains of Mi Ke Xia and I knew it was this restaurant. This one is inside Tian Restaurant! They share a dining spaceand! ! ! In fact, they are no longer called Mi Ke Xia, they are called "Mika", but the boss said that the raw materials are the same (although I didn't believe it at first, after all, there is no classic Cassia Barley and Lime Fragrance Tea )Later I wanted to say that since we are all here, we should order a drink before leaving.Just ordered a drink like this:- Pearl Earl Gray Black Tea Latte $7.5 (half sugar and ice):Wow, it really tastes like Taiwan (sorry boss, I believe you now)! The black tea flavor is strong, the milky flavor is enough, and it’s not too sweet. The point is! It’s the same white honey pearls?I’m so impressed? It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten pearls that get sweeter the more you chew them? But you may need to cook them longer. Although the honey flavor is there, it’s not much! But it’s still great~~~It is recommended to put a stick or put a name on it outside, otherwise you really can’t find it? and the door is very narrow and difficult to open hahahaBut that’s okay too. The less people know about it, the less need to queue up.“
“That's a great varieties, hits the spot for sure. Best of all is even though it's a small place, it doesn't get over the crowded like other locations can during peak hours in the summertime. The seating is not as comfortable as one would hope, but it makes good sense, considering they're trying to get customers in and out as fast as possible. They have a variety of different options for shaved ice, so if you want something different from your friends you certainly can have a more individual size helping of Shave Ice. Talking about this, makes me want to have some right now... Don't be afraid to try other types of desserts such as almond desserts or other Asian style hot desserts. They have both in-house seating as well as ordering out options. Oh look quite quaint in size, it's fairly cute for what it is. Just don't be alarmed if you see some ants on the tables as this is quite common every time we go there. Just gently pick them up and put them on the windowsill or something and enjoy your food. I mean they like she dies too so you know hahaha aside from that place seems fairly clean as a whole. It is definitely one of my go-to's and has been for a while so if you can make it to this particular location, feel free to check out the other locations as well. The gear more towards Hong Kong style desserts then Taiwanese desserts in these locations aside from the shaved ice, so give all the other stuff a try I don't think you'll be disappointed. At least I surely wasn't when I tried the other stuff! A good tip, get it with ice cream if you want shaved ice. You can never go wrong with ice cream. Oh, I would also definitely try the honey toast, it is absolutely amazing. The only advice I'd give you is that you might need at least two or three people to help you eat it, since it is quite huge and quite feeling, considering it's almost like a brick of Chinese bread, or maybe a little less but not by much. All in all super delicious you won't regret it if you like honey.“
“Me and my wife's favorite bubble tea place. Staff is amazingly friendly and pr ofessional. The service is super quick and efficient. I recommend the Oreo taro slush with pearls. It's amazing or the taro bubble tea. My wife loves the strawberry cheesecake slush with pearls too.“
“It's rare to find a restaurant that has been open for so many years and still has such good service. It welcomes guests with the same enthusiasm every time. I like the plum chicken steak very much. The big bowl of plum sauce with crispy chicken steak goes very well with rice. There are many kinds of food here. I like to come here when gathering with friends. It is also suitable for children. The price and quality are very satisfactory.Parking: Metered street parking.Kid-friendliness: There are many types to choose from, there are also many drinks and ices, and the space inside is spacious, which is very suitable for dining with children.“
“the first time I came, I ordered 0 sugar because of the reviews here that said it is way too sweet. THIS IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE! do not do this or it will be quite bland ? I am usually a 30-50% sweetness level and even their 70% is okay for me now!My favourite drink is their Green milk tea with Taro and Oreo (I think it’s a special right now)! It comes with toppings, is a big size and super pretty for less than $7. Definitely one of my favourite drinks now ☺️“
“I think its the most amazing bubble tea i've ever had in my life! i'm a big fan of bubble tea but i've never tasted bubble tea like this! its out of this world. there are lots of kinds, like milk tea, fruit tea, slush, clouds, and many many different flavors. i like how you can choose how much ice and sugar you want in your drink. and i like that you can add jelly and pearls to your drink too. There are extraordinary flavors, many to choose from and i love to come here with my friends. and the price range is not to expensive, i love this place so much!“
