“Last visit one of the baristas noticed that I was overcharged for a whole cranberry bliss bar rather than just a slice, so they gave me a refund right away for that.
The service at this particular Starbucks is always pretty great, the barista that overcharged me just misunderstood what I wanted I guess.“
“The food is so good the brownies are to die for. But a lot of the times I pick this location for Starbucks it will take 2+ for my order to come. I love Starbucks’s just as much as the next person but I don’t have that much time to wait all the time!“
“I have never had to wait long and always feel seen and appreciated when I come in as a costumer. I have never had a wrong order. I usually take my coffee to go, so I can not comment on the space.
The manager is generous and donates coffee for our small elementary schools events often.“
“I normally rag on Starbucks pretty hard. I usually can't stand these places because everything happens at a snails pace. We recently traveled through here and my wife was trying to fill her water bottle on the water fountain which had virtually no flow. The Starbuck barista could see my wife was struggling and told her to come over to the Starbucks and that she would fill our bottles for free. After 11 hours on the road this was appreciated. Sometimes its the little things!“

Over the years, I've visited countless Starbucks locations, but the one in Delta, at Scott 72 Centre, is truly my favorite.
This store has a unique charm. The welcoming atmosphere reminds me of Cheers, the beloved American sitcom's iconic opening line: "Where everybody knows your name."
I am struggling here because there are so many names of the wonderful staff to remember, but one thing they all have in common: cheerful and infectious smiles.
