“It's okay, I like this store because a certain worker always surprises me with drinks I DID NOT order! Love how crazy my drinks get when all I asked for is a strawberry acai, I get a extra hot watered-down strawberry almond milk matcha that somehow ends up having shots of espresso in it as well. Stopped by this Starbucks around 1 p.m. after a long, busy morning and a bad headache — and Lucy the barista truly made my day! She took my order with such kindness and warmth, and the barista who prepared my cappuccino made it absolutely perfect — hot, fluffy, and comforting in every sip. Lucy even added a cute “stay warm” puppy drawing on the cup that made me smile instantly. Thank you, Lucy, and the entire team (and Robert, the manager!) for such thoughtful service. “I received great service from Lisa at this store on red cup day, so I decided to buy another drink, had issues with another clerk not knowing the size you need to get the red cup. Britney manager helped resolved this issue and I received awesome service from her, these 2 are very hard working and great asset to the store. 5 stars for these 2 employees“

“We grabbed a Bacon Sausage Wrap at the Starbucks in Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, and it was so good! 🥓🌯 Even though it was super busy, the staff were fast, friendly, and made the experience great. 🙌 Perfect spot to grab a quick bite and coffee before heading out. Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re passing through! ☕✨“
