He and the staff were so friendly and kind that it stuck with us all day. We ordered and enjoyed two iced coffees, a lemon loaf, and a turkey sandwich. Owners are sweet and they make the freshest light and fluffy liege waffles. Shared a fresh original waff + strawberries with my parents and enjoyed it so much that we purchased a pack of 6 to take home.

Tried yuzu, matcha, apple, og and I personally enjoyed the apple flavour the most, but can't go wrong with original.“

“Five of us had brunch here and really enjoyed it, ordering chicken salad, fried chicken with fries, two chicken paninis, and a banana waffle. Everything looked great and tasted delicious.
The only thing I would mention is that the fried chicken used thigh meat, so it was a bit firmer than breast , but overall we had a great brunch“

“Wasian here. Eat this mochi. The most fresh and soft pillowy perfect mochi ever. We just got back from Tokyo and didn't find this quality of mochi there. The owners are amazing good humans. And you can taste the love. My clementine orange mochi had a whole orange in it! Tiny fingertip claps of happiness!

I should take some home to share with my Mamasan, But it looks like I'm going to have to bring her back to BC for Emochi soon. Sorry, mom.

“My family loves this place. We have been stopping by for years. The previous owners saw my son grow from birth to almost 5 now and always gave him a little snack size bun when we pass by. It's his favorite spot. I do have to mention for the new owners, we purchased a box today and there it little to no icing on the buns. Please put a generous layer of icing like the previous owners. It is the best part! I'm sure other customers will notice. All the best.“

“Took the kids here on a Tuesday evening after soccer practice and we were all so happy we did. The almond croissants were still fresh at that hour, which honestly surprised me for a weeknight. Staff were genuinely warm and patient while my youngest changed her mind about what she wanted three times. We'll definitely be making this a regular after-school stop.“

“My baby girl had open heart surgery just before Mother's Day of 2021. It was my FIRST Mother's Day as a mom, in a strange city...with a critically ill baby, and we were staying at Ronald McDonald House nearby the BC Children's Hospital. RMHC gifted all of us moms with some sparkling cider, some bath and body works goodies, some stuffies/toys for our babies, and a gift box of treats from Moore's Bakery. Another mama and I took our daughters for a walk to the Bloedel Conservatory and toasted our first Mother's Day together with our baby girls! It was such a wonderful break from all the stress and fear and uncertainty and it was just such a sweet and unexpected gift. We are so incredibly grateful that Moore's helped to gift all of us mamas at RMHC that year and want them to know how much it meant to us. The treats were delightful and as my daughter nears her 2nd birthday and her 4th cardiac surgery (second open heart surgery) this fall....we will definitely stop by for a treat to mark the occasion again. “No frills favorite Chinese takeout spot! Various different fresh rice rolls (my all time favourite). I got the beef rice roll for $4.50 and shrimp dumplings for $5. They have lots of different types of steam buns (different meats and veggie option too), sticky rice, zhong, Chinese donuts, many different types dumplings, and much more on their menu. Everything is made in house and is auper reasonably priced.“
