“Their drinks are amazing and they've never gotten my order wrong ever!! Dont take their food for granted just because they are mainly a drink place, I highly recommend trying their double-smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich aswell as the cake pops and sugar cookies!!“

“Been to Starbucks locations in the TriCities, Vancouver and the lower mainland area and this location is always so busy when I come in. Witnessed rude customers treating staff badly yet the staff have a smile on their faces and continue to be friendly and professional. Seriously, if they are busy and you dont have time to wait, dont order go somewhere else. Otherwise wait & be kind! The staff here works hard & are awesome.“

The staff are all great energy, enthusiastic, and so positive. Eye contact, big smiles and calling you by name. They came around with samples and were just so lovely.
