“I had a pedi next door and needed a quick snack. I asked if they had kimchi as I didnt see it on the menu but thought id ask. And she said yes! She went into the back and came out with it. It was amazing! Kimchi has been impossible to find in Duncan, I like it and its very healthy for the gut. What I thought was really sweet. Was how after I paid and was eating, she asked me if I wanted to some rice. And it just seemed like a very kind and thoughtful gesture, I won't forget that. She also made the kimchi. I am so going to be back there, i think its a hidden gem, those are always so fun and special. Thanks for the kindness today!“

“This place is outstanding unexpected find. They have a fabulous variety of sushi, including vegetarian options. I believe they have hamburgers and other things too but we have not tried those. Price is great. Anytime we are in the neighborhood we drop in for lunch or a snack“

What I love is the batter for tempura and yam . By far it is the best texture batter I ever tasted. Very light and super crispy.

The Tuna Tataki was simple and tasty. Tuna doesn’t have any foul or fishy smell to it.

The teriyaki is seasoned very well, I love the generous amount of sesame.

Will I go back? Absolutely yes.“

“Love all,of the food, amazing miso (not true of every restaurant), fresh sushi, tasty bento boxes, I can honestly say I’ve not been unhappy with anything they’ve prepared for me. But, if I was to tell you my favourite things the first would be the “Monkey Brains” we recently tried. We’ve had this dish in other restaurants and really thought we’d found the best version elsewhere...but we were wrong! Sushi House Monkey Brains are THE best! The spicy chopped scallop roll is a must, and if you like Pho, their soups are delectable. I recently ordered take out Pho and was so impressed when I realized that the broth was very obviously homemade and it was without a doubt the best Pho I’ve ever had. Thank you Sushi House, you’re our go to place!“

“Felt like something fast but not the usual nasty burger. I stopped by here for some teriyaki chicken, and it was great! $16 for a large serving of chicken and sitr-fried vegetables on a bed of rice. There was plenty of both meat and veg. Tasted very good - and it was fast! I recommend!
