“Went for a quick snack break with my friends who have been coming to this place for their sweets. I got so excited seeing butter chicken poutine in the menu since its pretty hard to find them in a butter chicken place. So we ordered lemonade, butter chicken poutine and the lava cake.Lemonade was made very generously with real likes and lemons, the sweetness balanced well with the acidity also. It’s a really good pairing for a rich food like the butter chicken poutine.Butter chicken poutine was so good. The sauce was so rich with chunks of chicken and cheese melt. It pairs well on top of the crunchy starchy french fries. Its very my vibe of comfort food, spice and texture.Lava cake was also good, portion was generous for the price and the lava melt was satisfying. It’s a bit on the sweeter side but the chocolate mix made it not so overly sweet.“

At this time there is no indoor seating. My wife likes the mango with pearls and I go for the strawberry 🍓/ raspberry with pearls. Price was $6 each. The one thing that could make this place better is that the owners try a little harder at being more friendly.“

The shaved ice was not something I would get again, as the ice had no flavor, and there were still some chunks of not shaved ice. The upside was that the fruit was beautiful, ripe, and fresh. “I understand why there is always a line up for this place now. It's very delicious drink. So other day wee had the atmospheric river rain all day. The line up moved inside. Just be aware. There is a machine you use to order. When we arrived at 8pm there was no mango available. We have the other options. Would come back hopefully when the line ups are less. “Placed an order for 3 Taro slushies over the phone, when I got my order, I got 2 slushies and one milk tea. Seems like an honest mistake (with the weather today I figured they were super busy and it was just a miscommunication) and when I mentioned the order made over the phone, the girl at the counter (who was not the one who took the order) was very kind and apologized for the error and offered to make me a new slushie per the the original order. It was my first time having a drink with L-arabinose as a sugar replacement and as the person behind the counter advised it was indistinguishable from sugar! My drink was really good. My fiancé got the hot milk tea with boba and he thoroughly enjoyed his as well!“

“This has to be my favourite spot in all of Vancouver to get an Avocado Smoothie!!!! It is pretty hidden, but a hidden gem!!! The staff is beyond kind and I will ALWAYS go out of my way to go there when I want a high-quality Avocado Smoothie!!! Its under the 'Fresh Fruit' section. “This is the best bubble tea place downtown. I had the milk tea 50% sweet and no ice, my partner had the milk tea with brown sugar 50% and no ice. My partner and myself both agreed the drinks were very tasty and plan to come back. I also liked how the menu wasnt filled with a million items, which could lead to analysis paralysis. “I recently visited Gong Cha bubble tea on W Pender St and had a wonderful experience. The store had a cozy and inviting atmosphere with cute decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain their menu and make recommendations. I ordered a classic bubble milk tea, and it was delicious! The tea was perfectly brewed, and the boba was cooked just right. The pricing was reasonable for the size and quality of the drink. Overall, I highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try more of their drinks.“

There weren't many tables except for one huge table in the middle of the store and some by the window bar stools. But the store wasn't that crowded, so my group sat there for a good 15 mins until more people came.
