“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
V-Nam is hands down my favorite local spot in the Shipyards! Everyone is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently amazing. My go-to dishes are the rare beef and brisket pho, which is so flavorful and comforting, the Hawaiian fried rice, and the spring rolls that are always perfectly crispy. I’m also obsessed with the grilled lemongrass chicken salad rolls—so fresh and delicious! Well priced and offers late delivery too! Highly recommend this gem to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!“

“Amazing food with generous portions; the pho broth is dense with flavour, accented with plenty of fresh Thai basil, peppers, and sprouts. Everything tasted complex and distinct with tender full-flavored meats.
The service was attentive and personable without being intrusive.
Overall, one of the best Vietnamese lunches we’ve had in a while. Looking forward to our next dinner there!“

“Seeing the facade, if you are not a local, you may mistakenly think that it is closed because it looks so historical. The interior lighting is also a bit dim….
It's about 4 o'clock, not yet meal time. Unexpectedly, as soon as I walked in, there were 4 or 5 tables of diners inside.
I thought it must be delicious, it is indeed my food🥰
Raw beef pho: The meat slices would be more delicious if they were softer, and the soup is good.
Fried spring rolls: This is my favorite. They are thin slices of meat rolled with shrimps. They are so good.
Also, I forgot the name of this: rolled and fried with sugar cane, it’s pretty good too.
Chili🌶️very tasty~“

“Was craving a bowl of pho and found this place.
It has all the classic items I like. Portion sizes are filling and affordable. Nothing fancy. You get a small plate of bean sprouts, a lime wedge 🍋🟩, thai basil, and different sauces (hoisin, sriracha, chilli oil).
Pho came out steaming hot. I like how the beef has a thicker cut and doesn’t have the frozen texture to it. Broth is mild with a sweet note at the end. Really appreciate the finer texture of the chilli oil. No whole seeds to get stuck in my teeth. If you’re scared of strong spices, this is the soup to get 😋 If your tastebuds are bored, add more sauce.
One thing that amuses me is when I hear customers coughing from the spice of the food. Will have to come back and try more items.“

“Big Pho portions
Best Pho broth in north vancouver - nothing else is even half as good
Chicken, beef, spicy, all absolutely delicious
Other items are a bit expensive for the potion size, but still taste very good
Staff have very poor English skills, and this can cause miscommunication and disappointment if you don't know what you are doing
Staff are also very curt, no social niceties, can seem rude? But I think it's just a lack of knowledge of cultural norms and English skills.“
