“Had a takeout combo, the chow mein was a little bland but that's better than greasy or overly salty in my book, the chop suey and chicken balls sauces made the mien quite acceptable. When picking up I saw the sunday buffet in action and it looked clean and decently stocked and well maintained.“

“We had a delicious dinner at Sima Japanese restaurant in Gibsons, BC. We ordered Bento Box B, which came with fresh tuna roll, crispy veggies and prawn tempura, and delicious miso soup. Everything was well prepared and flavourful. Paired with hot Japanese tea, it was a perfect meal. We’ll definitely go back.“

“I wanted to give this place 5 star so bad because the flavours are on point, service is great and prices are extremely reasonable. But the soup was not hot enough and did not cook the meat all the way. The water used for the tea was also not hot. They use fresh and quality ingredients though. I would definitely come back.“
