“There was some confusion regarding the service. We waited at our table for about 15 to 20 minutes to be waited on by the staff. Other than that, the waitress that did wait on us finally, was attentive and efficient. We enjoyed our tea very much.“

“Although I am not exactly the target audience for an English Tea room, I have to say that Butchart far exceeded any expectations! Although we have been to the Gardens many times over the last 4 decades, this is the first time that my wife suggested that we take “High Tea” before our stroll through the amazing gardens... And of course it proved to be a wonderful idea as I relished every bite and sip (we also had the 3-glass “taster” which paired with the food nicely)... I will absolutely be taking tea on our next visit!“

“I have been twice to the Hot Dog Guys and cannot wait to go again. Awesome choices and the best veggie dog I have ever tasted. So many toppings and the bun and hot dog were fresh and so tasty. These guys are so welcoming and it is delightful to have great service with a smile as they deliver top food. Yummy! Will go back soon. Top food for Victoria and area! Try it you will be hooked!“

“Stopped in on our way home to Nanaimo from Victoria. Very cool little ice cream truck in the parking lot near the Thrifty Foods. We had a couple of sundaes. The Strawberry one was very good, but the Black Forest one was amazing. The ice cream is vegan but you would never know. It didn’t have a strong coconut flavour which I do not care for. The prices were reasonable, comparable to other home made ice cream shops. There is a nice shaded seating area and you would never know you are in a parking lot. We will be back when passing though.“

“Oh my god, i was in the middle of a divorce when i came to Q Pizza in royal oak at 2:00am, not only did it clear my mind and help me solidify my choice to leave her and the kids, but it gave me the peace of mind to accept how great everything is and move to the Turks and Caicos. “I have been here a few times and the experience never fails to be amazing. Both lunch and dinner menus have a variety of yummy options and are reasonably priced. I went for lunch today and tried something new with beef instead of my normal chicken- it was fabulous and just spiced just right! Definately on my go-to list when dining out in Langford!“

“We chose the Fireside as our daughter's wedding reception venue. The ambiance under the tent and twinkle lights was magical. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. The outstanding tasty buffet selection was given compliments by all our guests. I also want to acknowledge the 2 dedicated servers who looked after us so attentively...amazing. “The FreshCoast food truck was the first time I've ever seen and tried their food.Juan De Fuca Wrap was highly recommended for me to try first and now I can see why.Taking the first bite on the wrap was mind blowing Its been almost a year since I've discovered FreshCoast Health Food Bar and have been going almost twice to three times a week.The wraps,their bowls are fabulous as well their Hot Bowls (Vegan Yellow Coconut Curry,Vegan Chili).The Staff is excellent and extremely helpful to their customers when they can't decide what to order. I got the sense they wanted to make sure the customer is happy with their order and have a positive experience. The only small criticism and I mean small, is that some times the wraps will fall apart half way through. Anyway I'm going to give FreshCoast 100% satisfaction and I would not hesitate to tell my family and friendsThank you ?Wayne.“

“We recently ordered pizzas (2 vegan and 1 vegetarian) from Panago in Sidney. We were all so pleasantly surprised at the speed and accuracy in which our order was filled and thoroughly appreciated a phone call to double check an ingredient selection (regular cheese via non dairy cheese) that we had made in error. The pizzas arrived quickly, very hot - obviously fresh from the oven and delicious. We all agreed it was by far the best Panago experience we've ever had! Thanks so much!“
