They go above and beyond to accommodate dietary requests (if it is within their limitations) and always communicate well.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
I’ve not dined there but would assume it is as great as the food and service.

“Visited Tim Hortons recently and it was a nice experience. The coffee tasted really good and wasn’t too strong or bitter. Their donuts and pastries were fresh and went perfectly with the coffee. I also liked the relaxed atmosphere of the place—it’s a good spot to hang out, study, or just take a break. The staff were welcoming and the service was fast. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a simple and good coffee place.“
