“Earnest has really embraced vegan choices; they've gone from 1 plant based choice, to half of the menu being vegan. Complete with vegan toppings and gf cones! I had an amazing scoop of bumble berry crumble on a GF waffle cone. Common allergens were clearly listed and the staff were very knowledgeable about the choices for limited diets! A big improvements since their inception!“

My sister really liked the taste of it, I think you will like it if you are the type of person who likes to eat more milk because the matcha taste doesn't really pop out to me. “We got these to-go from The Burrow, they sell them in the cooler, and they did not disappoint! The gluten-free cookie is so soft and salty and the vegan icecream was really creamy. We got double chocolate, cookie dough, strawberry shortbread! All three were delish, I can't wait to try more!“

“Super tasty ice cream and value for money here (compared to some other, even more expensive ice cream parlors we have seen in Canada). There are many different varieties and the staff is friendly enough to let you try them. I had Strawberry Cheesecake and Espresso Flake and can highly recommend both flavors.“

Let's break this down, shall we? $8 for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup, but if you want that in a cone, you’ll have to tack on another dollar. And if you're looking to walk on the wild side and grab a gluten-free cone or a charcoal cone, throw on another $0.25

It's just so exorbitant when you consider the fact that you can literally buy a tub of ice cream for the same price. No doubt, this is quality scrumptious ice cream that Bella is hocking, but still. It's practically a luxury item in this day and age where price gouging has become the new norm.

I always order the cup, and what I've found is that they are way more generous in the amount of ice cream they heap onto a cone. There's a more artistic flair when they're scooping it onto a cone and trying to make sure that none of it falls off. And then there's the tennis ball sized scoop of ice cream that they drop into my cup, so simple that they could do it with their eyes closed. I understand you're paying more for the cone, but the discrepancy in quantity is concerning when you consider that there's only $1 difference.

Bella also offers up Italian pastries, for those of you seeking something more substantial. Here, at least, the pastries are slightly cheaper than most of the Robson Bakeries but look just as captivating. And, more importantly, taste just as good.

If you're looking to satisfy your sugar cravings, Bella is a decent option. If you're more after bang for your buck, you'll find your tub of ice cream heaven in 8 minutes if you keep walking down Robson to Safeway.“

“The ice cream is located inside Whisk Match Cafe. The cafe has seating and lots of other lovely vegan treats. The soft serve is not available every day so we settled for a frozen tub of ice cream. It was really good. Matcha flavour without bitterness and much creamier than some vegan soft serve I’ve had elsewhere. They have rotating flavours and can check the schedule to tell you what flavours will be coming up. “We came in after dinner on a weeknight. There were a couple of people enjoying ice cream at their designated seating. We ordered three children's cones. The staff member (Manraj) even let my kids try a couple of flavours before they committed their flavour. My kids had a great time until my daughter decided to jump around with her cone outside of the store—her ice cream fell on the ground. She was quite upset and we walked in and told the staff member what had happened and she did not hesitate to replace the cone happily. We will definitely be coming here for our ice cream from now on.“

The customer was angry because Dairy Queen didn’t have enough non-dairy options for her liking.
The counter staff attempted to explain that they don’t have anything to do with the menu and she raised her voice at them, made some rude comments, and stood outside the store taking photos of us.

Despite the cuckoo bananas customer, the employee served me with a smile and friendly attitude. the pumpkin pie blizzard is SO GOOD by the way- definitely get it with the whipped cream topping 🤩“

Wheelchair accessibility: I’ve seen wheelchairs come in. The entrance is on the same level as the sidewalk. Inside is spacious enough to maneuver, and the large table in the middle is a great height.“
