“Tucked away in an alley, this place was a bit difficult to find, but it was so worth it!!! The front door has a question mark but no name (unless I missed the name somewhere). Walking in, it was a cozy environment with a really nice gentleman who walked us through the menu and the drinks. Superb guy.

The food: we took advantage of the oysters on Happy Hour Monday. The oysters were all stellar! But the star of the oyster show was the baked oyster with Uni hollandaise and lobster oil - 10/10. Beyond that, the foie gras was also immaculate and perfectly balanced - 10/10. Not sure if I would order the deviled eggs again.

“First time trying this place — loved the patio! The area wasn’t too busy, super cozy even though it was a bit windy. The staff were really friendly! The chef rotates, and we got the ceviche — it was okay, but the vibe totally made up for it. Would definitely come back to try more food! Overall 9/10 🤍“

My friend and I sat at the bar, and despite the basketball theme, the staff was kind enough to switch a TV to the Canucks game for us, which was a thoughtful touch. “Shayla, our server, was absolutely amazing! She explained the menu thoroughly and made excellent recommendations that we were glad to try. The entire experience was exceptional, and the food was perfect from start to finish.We had the red wine braised short rib of beef from Double R Ranch — it melted in my mouth and the flavor was out of this world. We started with the scallops and smoked bison tartare, both of which were outstanding.For other mains, we enjoyed the wood grilled lamb, the Hank tenderloin steak, the Wagyu beef picanha from Brant Lake Farm in Alberta, Blue Dot Beef in Prince Edward Island striploin (10 oz). They were all amazing. The Blue Dot had incredible flavor — juicy, tender, and hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. Every steak was beautifully cooked and packed with flavor.We finished the evening with trying ALL THE DESSERTS! The baked Alaska was beautiful and delicious! The ice cream trio was so creamy and rich. The creme brûlée was smooth and dreamy. The chocolate cake was moist and perfectly matched with the passionfruit sauce. The fam favorite was definitely the cheesecake… we were all wanting it! Perfect flavor not too sweet and very smooth. Blackberries were a perfect match. We also had the donuts.. don’t forget about those. Im still dreaming of them. Highly recommend — a truly unforgettable meal!“

Atmosphere is great. Comfortable and not smoky or u feel I have to change cloths right afterward
They do have a locker for guest to use to store your stuff which is great.
High end decoration with few table serving 4-6 guests, a semi private partitioned table for somen privacy if needed
We sit at the U shaped bar table where each guest have their own bbq set. Pretty good and clean.
Staff a very nice and helpful and explain each steps needed and even help u cook if needed

We are here on a week day dinner and not busy. Heard they are always full in weekend so plan ahead

One thing is they told us that after 8pm each night it’s happy hour where the food have special pricing discount like 50% off or buy 2 get 1 free, even for drinks.

Food are top quality beef and no don’t they are best meet from Japan

We ordered the biggest plate for sharing and it’s pretty enough for us. For some heavy eater, I guess can order a plate for 2 people and order other side dishes

“The first thing that hit me was how clean the venue was. The staff was very friendly. We chose the prix fixe. The steak was one of the best I’ve tasted because there were no tough bits at all and the sauce was SO good. The side salad was well balanced. I am GF so I asked for veggies on the side and they gave me these grilled mushrooms that were very addictive. The cocktails were delicious and my husband’s wine was so good.“

Although we were there for the Dine Out experience, their regular menu was equally as enticing. The appetizers and entrees hit the spot and went well with the wine that we ordered. It certainly seemed to be a neighbourhood gem as we watched the tables fill and know that their deck will be packed once summer comes. Thanks again for your hospitality!“

“We had a wonderful dining experience at Croquette Brasserie. Our waiter was both helpful and charming, adding a personal touch to the evening. We started with the moules-frites, sharing the mussels and fries as an appetizer. The dish was outstanding—perfectly cooked mussels paired with crisp, golden fries. For our main course, we chose pasta sourced from their sister restaurant, Fiore Famiglia, which happens to be our long-time favorite neighborhood Italian spot. As expected, the pasta was impeccable, showcasing the quality and flavors we’ve come to love. A special highlight was the crème brûlée, torched at our table by the waiter. Watching the caramelized sugar form into a crackling, golden crust was such a treat, and the result was as delicious as it was entertaining. The ambiance was made even better by live music from "Van Django," an incredible violin and guitar duo. Their lively and romantic performance elevated the evening to something truly magical. “This place is a jewel!! I’ve been to many Greek restaurants in Vancouver and hands down this is now my favs!! You can taste the high quality ingredients in every bite. We ordered Lamb -chops - to die for!! The Platter with Pita- fresh, fresh, fresh! Saganaki- I’ve never had better!! For dessert a simple yet delicious yogurt with sour cherry jam- hit the spot! I found out it’s a family run business with the mom in the kitchen!! It all made sense why it was fresh, authentic and made with love! A must to try!“

The dinner was amazing and the food was prepared perfectly.
I love, let me repeat that ..I LOVE. Carbonara and the carbonara here is perfect.
You think that’s not to big, but the bowl is deep and when your done trust me, your done.
The waitress whose name I did get but now it evades me was charming.

He made us feel very welcomed and took care of us. We had the lasagna which was excellent and the calamari which we found to be very chewy and tough. Not properly prepared. We ordered Molson Canadian beer and where told that we don’t carry it. SIXTO recommended we try The Kokanee beer which was comparable. We where offered the dessert menu but declined and had another Kokanee. Overall experience was good with exceptional service from our waiter. Will defiantly return to this restaurant next time we are visiting Vancouver.“
