“Always a wonderful welcome coming into Starbucks.
Today I was not sure on what I wanted except I wanted a pick-me-up without too much sugar or fat...
The person at the front (Christian) was polite, comfortable, easy to talk to and extra friendly without the feeling of being forced or fake. The person making the drink (Emmerson) was truly happy and genuine in wanting to have a soft friendly conversation which came naturally to soften the wait time.

“Love this cozy place, conveniently located. Today we tried their iced matcha lattes , one with strawberry cold foam and the other one with lavender cold foam. Both were great and we loved it💖 Staff are very friendly and helpful and they paid attention to detail. Thank you Henri and Thomas for your great customer service, really appreciate it.“

“Very nice Place and brilliant customer service. Really nice guy was serving me. For some reason the whole thing smells really bad, not just one way but every day. The cafe sits a a very nice corner and almost every time, you’re guaranteed a sunshine if you sit outside. If they fix the smell I would visit more often. The prices are okay too.“

“This will probably sound like ai but I'm being so genuine when I say that I've never experienced such helpful and friendly customer service. Every single worker here is so kind and I've never had a bad visit. Even with misunderstandings on my end, all the workers are so good at accommodating. Sometimes I find myself waiting 5-10 minutes for small drink orders even when it's not busy but other than that, this location is awesome.“

“Alex ( i think ) was working at the starbucks by my work today and they were super understaffed and he was rushing around like no other and he found out a bunch of mobile orders didn't come in so he rushed to make those as i was waiting for my order to be done he got yelled at by some guy for something stupid and took it so well he found out someone else was trying to make me my drink so he gave me two he was so funny and calm and efficient someone get this guy a raise“

“If I remember correctly, when I was relaxing on April 27, 2024, I was guided by a barista who was so cute ☆☆ Thank you! ! While I was drinking, a quiet staff member just gave me two promos and I was so happy. Hey there! ! It’s strawberry and chocolate☆! ? Good to have! !

“Had the best experience yesterday!! Abi and another guy with glasses accommodated all my needs and I had a fun time trying out a new drink. I wanted to switch out my spinach feta wrap for a grilled cheese, he did it with a smile and Abi helped me figure out customization for my drinks, they deserve a raise! Lol“

“I have told everyone about how wonderful the staff were. There were 2 older ladies working that day. SO friendly and nice, the one lady went out of her way to be helpful and nice, made a huge effort to be accommodating. If this SB was closer to home, it would definitely be my go-to place!!
