“Busy efficient store in Eagle Creek Village, within walking distance of Victoria General Hospital (a longish walk). Always quick, friendly but no time wasted. While there is no drive through, there are dedicated 5-minute parking spots for Mobile Orders. (I always recommend ordering ahead anywhere any way, much more efficient for you and, I think, the staff!)Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp, stairs and level access, depending where in the shopping centre you're coming from.“
“i come here constantly due to working nearby, and have never had a bad experience. lovely staff, and despite it being a very busy environment with lots of people i find everything is always ready very quickly. there are lots of outlets everywhere so it's a good spot to do work on your laptop.“
“I’ve honestly stopped going to any other Starbucks location other than Shelbourne Plaza!I have a “complicated” drink and they’re always so nice to me when I need to make modifications to it!I get the strawberry açai lemonade with extra base. They don’t know this but I have a chronic vomiting disorder and if my drink has too much acid I will puke, which is why I am so picky. They’re always so nice to add extra base if needed which is way less than at other Starbucks locations because they actually read the drink tag.I’m so grateful for this location and them always being kind when accommodating my needs! They truly go above and beyond.“
“A shout-out to Abba first, who was taking refreshment orders yesterday afternoon. Smiles all round, polite, friendly, and helpful. The first person on staff in a business can make or break a customer’s opinion. Abba, you were great!This Starbucks location on Oak Bay Avenue has been around for a long time. It’s usually quite busy at this location and, while there’s seating inside, there are also tables and chairs just outside the café, too, which, on a nice day is pleasant to watch the Avenue.Fabulous cappuccino yesterday, good and strong, and pretty quick service.“
“The space is relatively small, with four (4) small 2-person tables as well as some additional outdoor seating. Two of the tables are right next to power outlets, and the WiFi is great, so if you need to do some work on a laptop it's a nice spot if there's available tables. I was there from 11:00 am - 2:15 pm on a Monday and the only time that all the indoor seating was occupied was right at the beginning after I arrived, but by the time I received my order a couple spots had opened up.Parking: The Tillicum mall parking lot is right outside and ensures plenty of available parking.Dietary restrictions: They have options for milk alternatives available.“

“I like that this location has a land acknowledgment, but as I read it I realized it doesn't make sense.You might have the thought, "oh no, its wrong- might as well scrap it!", but I hope instead you think "oh, this is a chance to learn and understand more!"It lists W̱SÁNEĆ with Songhees and Esquimalt as lək̓ʷəŋən. I wanted to clarify that Songhees and Esquimalt are lək̓ʷəŋən. W̱SÁNEĆ includes Tsartlip, Tsyecum, and Tsawout, who speak the SENĆOŦEN language.So perhaps the land acknowledgment could be corrected to reflect the shared territories of W̱SÁNEĆ and lək̓ʷəŋən people, and their respective communities.“

“I am semi regular customer at this location they remember my extra complicated drink that takes an extra breathe to order as well as my friend who is in a old folks home down the street from their store. Some of the staff were at another location that I frequented in the recent past and have treated me well at both locations. In all this is a great location to be recognized at I feel like Norm from Cheers when I get there.“

Spacious seating area (I think would be suitable for most mobility chairs) and there are generally seats available in the mornings and during weekdays but can be quite crowded on the weekends and evenings.Parking: Uptown parking. Can be easy to find in non-peak times, but busy during peak hoursWheelchair accessibility: Spacious seating area. Easy to move chairs to sit at the tables in a wheelchair, even with friends. “when i came here about 6 months ago, i wasn't impressed with the service or much about this store. over the last while i come back occasionally and i have seen a HUGE improvement! the staff have been nothing short of lovely, and the cleanliness has increased tenfold. it's clear whoever is running this place knows what they are doing!“

“This is my favourite Starbucks near me because of my favourite barista. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people and is always striking up a conversation with me and makes my drink perfectly every time. I think her name is Pearl and she’s incredible. 10/10. Love her.“
“This is a hidden-gem in the Starbucks world. It's location is just-outside of the usual tourist area, though not so far as to be inconvenient to get to. Perfect for the Victoria local or UVic student working downtown or bussing home. I often make the extra one block walk from my job to grab a drink here before catching my own bus home, despite another Starbucks being closer. The staff are just phenomenal! So friendly, hardworking and efficient. I've never had a wrong order yet, but I know if I did get one they'd jump at the chance to make it right. The place is very sparkling clean too! They really do a great job maintaining this store. The store is small, but very accessible for those with mobility issues or a stroller. I wish there was a bit more seating but I would hate for them to change locations; I believe this is the first Starbucks location on Vancouver Island as well!“
