“Always a wonderful welcome coming into Starbucks.
Today I was not sure on what I wanted except I wanted a pick-me-up without too much sugar or fat...
The person at the front (Christian) was polite, comfortable, easy to talk to and extra friendly without the feeling of being forced or fake. The person making the drink (Emmerson) was truly happy and genuine in wanting to have a soft friendly conversation which came naturally to soften the wait time.

“Beautiful location with a lot of charm. My husband and I love to visit Starbucks wherever we go on vacation to grab a coffee and a mug. This location had British Columbia mugs as well as Vancouver and Canada. It was a pleasure to sit and sip!“

“This will probably sound like ai but I'm being so genuine when I say that I've never experienced such helpful and friendly customer service. Every single worker here is so kind and I've never had a bad visit. Even with misunderstandings on my end, all the workers are so good at accommodating. Sometimes I find myself waiting 5-10 minutes for small drink orders even when it's not busy but other than that, this location is awesome.“

“Love this cozy place, conveniently located. Today we tried their iced matcha lattes , one with strawberry cold foam and the other one with lavender cold foam. Both were great and we loved it💖 Staff are very friendly and helpful and they paid attention to detail. Thank you Henri and Thomas for your great customer service, really appreciate it.“

“Alex ( i think ) was working at the starbucks by my work today and they were super understaffed and he was rushing around like no other and he found out a bunch of mobile orders didn't come in so he rushed to make those as i was waiting for my order to be done he got yelled at by some guy for something stupid and took it so well he found out someone else was trying to make me my drink so he gave me two he was so funny and calm and efficient someone get this guy a raise“

“Nice customer service, I haven't seen a few very curtouse staff recently. I don't know if they were switched to another location, but there are still a few of them. My drink is capuchino, latte, strawberry frappuccino, mocha crumble cookie with cream, cheese Denish.“

“I have told everyone about how wonderful the staff were. There were 2 older ladies working that day. SO friendly and nice, the one lady went out of her way to be helpful and nice, made a huge effort to be accommodating. If this SB was closer to home, it would definitely be my go-to place!!

“Had the best experience yesterday!! Abi and another guy with glasses accommodated all my needs and I had a fun time trying out a new drink. I wanted to switch out my spinach feta wrap for a grilled cheese, he did it with a smile and Abi helped me figure out customization for my drinks, they deserve a raise! Lol“

“Seemed to be a bit more of a wait than I'm used to. Not to order, that was quick and asked the right questions to get the right product.Waiting for the order to be filled. There were four people ahead of me in the store, yet it took fifteen minutes to get two drinks.Oak Bay Avenue and the Yates Street location seem quicker.“

I have been going here for the past 4 years and the staff are all super nice and I think this is the best Starbucks in Victoria, the drinks are always so much better on campus. They deal with the worst university student rushes yet they all work so hard during the school year. I appreciate their hardwork and their drinks 🫶🏻“

You guys got rid of the sanpellegrino drinks and replaced them with Cove. Fine. But can you add the grapefruit one instead of the other strawberry one please.“

“The store manager was super accommodating of a person with a disability who does not have a phone and therefore cannot use the rewards app to receive a free birthday drink. The manager allowed the individual to celebrate their birthday with a free drink!“
