“Tim Hortons has always been my favorite, but I especially love this location. The atmosphere here is really welcoming and comfortable. It's a great place to relax, grab a coffee, or meet up with friends. The staff are friendly, and everything feels clean and cozy. This location definitely stands out to me!“

I eat here almost every day because it's close to where I work. Pam, Edileen, and the rest of the staff are so friendly and know me by name, I am always greeted warmly as soon as I come in and it just makes my day. Service is almost always super fast, I think they sometimes start making my food before I've even had a chance to order, since they know my usual.

“I arrived early this morning at Tim Horton's. It was open at 6am! I think it even opens at 5am on weekdays. The staff were friendly and open and very quick, getting thru long line ups without anyone becoming frustrated. Many are critical of Tim Horton's because it is a chain, but the individual locations are locally owned and locally managed franchises. I heard that in India there is available a Tim Horton's work visa, so imagine these good people moving across the world to help serve a nice hot cup of coffee. That's pretty amazing and the Tim Horton's workers are on their feet 8 or 9 hours and still manage to be gracious and smile. I think that is top notch service and I am really thankful that I had this clean, quiet and great music played, place to help me as I prepared to enter the CBC Poetry Contest. Thank you to Tim Horton's and especially Meghe at the Douglas location and Ahktik at the Saanich Plaza location and Shazia downtown location. India is sad to have lost you and Canada is honoured to welcome you. Thank you!“

“Just wanted to commend Macky. He is one of the few who pays attention to customers'orders. Among everyone who has been making my order at this location, I think it is the very first time my drink mobile order was properly made. The app is kinda limited regarding what you could request so I placed my request before my name. And he fulfilled the order with speed and accuracy. Absolutely amazing!“

Incredibly helpful, professional, responsive staff truly elevate the experiences (eg. remind the client on hot beverage or double the cup to avoid hand burn, can't take it for granted these days). Friendly demeanor across the floor. Customer service at its best.“

“Excellent, prompt, and friendly service. We really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup with the cheesy twist on the side. The soup was piping hot and it had plenty of chicken. The coffee was great as always, as were the hot chocolate muffins. Thank you to the staff there!“

“Let's be honest for a minute, Timmies is not the best coffee, nor is it the best food, and the service is somewhat frenetic, or non existent. Having said all that, there is something about the anticipation of arriving and the joy of leaving with a hot coffee that you know will taste exactly like the last one you had just that morning. And the same as the one you had 4 times the day before. There is comfort in consistency, and that is the magic elixir of Tim Hortons.“

“They are busy and underpaid and and there when you are too lazy to make your own coffee or are out and about. I personally need the expresso shot in my coffee or their isn't much Flavor, donuts are decent but prices went up recently 🙃, thank you so much for being there when I needed a everything bagel 🥯 toasted with herb 🌿 and garlic 😋“

Shoutout to Angel at the window she’s always super cheerful and makes our mornings better with her smile and positive vibe. You can tell she really cares about giving good service.
