“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. The juice here is incredible — so fresh, so natural, and honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they use real fruits and squeeze everything on the spot. I tried the watermelon and mint combo and it was super refreshing, not too sweet, just perfect.

The staff were really kind and welcoming, and they even suggested a few good mixes based on what I like. You don’t feel rushed, and the whole place has a clean, healthy vibe to it. Prices are totally fair for the quality you get.

If you love fresh juice or just want something healthy and delicious, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Great Bubble tea and dessert place

I enjoyed my caramel pudding fresh milk tea with pearls, and also the little custard filled dessert (Taiyaki) that comes as a combo.

The store offers a stylish ambience and there are some boardgames offered, I find that's inviting.

Only sad thing: They make you order on a touch screen and that removes the in-person interaction with their staff. The machine still asks for a tip...“

“This is my favourite bubble tea shop! The price and taste cannot be beat. All the flavours are made with fresh fruit and the pearls are very flavourful, often freshly cooked as well. Not only are the flavours delicious, but there is such a wide range to choose from- my personal favourite is guava. The woman who runs the store is also very kind and welcoming! I have recommended L&G to many friends and they immediately love it as much as I do. Everyone should go to L&G, truly a beautiful gem in this city!!!“

“I recently visited Butterfly Tea & Dessert and it was honestly such a great experience. The first thing that stood out was the variety of bubble tea they offer — there are so many options, from classic milk teas to ice cream slushes and even more fruit tea options. No matter what you’re into, there’s definitely something for you. The toppings selection is also really good, with different pearls, jellies, and foams that are very cheap to add in your drink. The quality of the drinks were amazing too. The flavors tasted fresh and well-balanced, and the pearls had the perfect chewy texture — not too hard or too soft. You can tell they actually care about making their drinks properly.
The atmosphere was another highlight. I have to mention hoe cute the owner decorated the shop with all the different kpop posters and merch. In addition, shop has a really kpop vibes and posters to take a photo with. Making it a nice place to hang out with friends or just relax. It’s clean, well-decorated, and has a welcoming feel that makes you want to stay longer.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re into bubble tea or just looking for a chill spot to enjoy desserts and drinks.“

Went to London Drugs initially because it was closer and was said to be super cheap (about the same), but the photo quality there was dull and lighting really flat. Came here to redo them and 1000% times better, sharper photos and more flattering lighting. He was also really nice and patient with me going through the options. The menu is incredible- I’ve tried so many of their drinks and they’re all delicious (matcha, hojicha, jasmine tea, banana milk) the ingredients always taste fresh and each drink is made with love. The staff are always super friendly even when they are busy. Highly recommend.“

“Cheap and yummy. Pearls are free of charge + you’re able to mix two fruits for free. Service is a little slow, but there’s a lot of seating and you’re able to connect to the McDonald’s wifi next door.

“My friend and I decided to order two drinks from this shop because the name caught our eye; we thought it might be new. We got one Grapefruit Fruit Tea and one Oolong Milk Tea with pearls.

The oolong was SO good, super fragrant and full of tea flavor. The grapefruit tea even had real fruit inside! I would recommend ordering it at 50-70% sweetness so you can actually taste the grapefruit vibe.

Everything was perfect, from the packaging to the taste! Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to actually visit the store on a nice sunny day and sip like a main character. 🌸✨“

“Came here last month to get the king of mango smoothie. Something didn't taste right (a bit icy and less mango flavor) compared to the Richmond location. Spoke to the manager and she remade our order and it tasted just as good as I remember. Would highly recommend.“

“Had the Fresh Mango Coconut Milk ($8.24 with tax). It was good! You can adjust ice and sugar levels for most drinks, including this one! I didn't want to consume dairy, so you can substitute their coconut pudding for their coco water jelly, a nice hybrid between coconut jelly and grass jelly. It's impossible not to compare the drink to Macu Tea, which I do prefer for their addition of grapefruit & the tea jelly flavour in the King of Mango. However, Cocobay was a good option in the area!

The mango was sweet enough, and the coconut milk was rich. There was only one staff member around 7 pm on a Sunday so there was a short wait as they prepared other orders. Friendly service, however, and she was able to answer menu questions about dietary preferences!“

The manager Sharon and her team are friendly, efficient, and patient, even during busy hours, and my orders are always accurate. “I really like this place and come here pretty often, but I was disappointed during my last visit. After getting my drink and sitting down, there was a horrible smell — the same issue I noticed the last time I was here. I mentioned it before, so it’s frustrating that it’s still happening. It seemed like someone was cleaning the pipes or sink while customers were around, which made it really unpleasant. I hope they can take care of that before opening or after closing next time. I love this spot, but this issue definitely needs attention.“

“My favourite bubble tea place!
Their teas are flavourful and fresh. What’s unique about them is that they offer lactose free milk for their milk teas as well as a range of toppings. Their pearls are always fresh and their oolong and jasmine tea jellies are delicious too - I can’t find them anywhere else! Their staff are always nice.“

“I ordered my favorite Passion Fruit Green Tea, but the staff accidentally gave me Grapefruit Tea instead. When I mentioned it, he kindly offered to replace it, but I decided to give the Grapefruit Tea a try — and I actually ended up liking it! Sometimes mistakes turn into new favorites.

Since back home I’ve always liked CoCo stores for their fruit teas (I’m not really a fan of milk teas), it’s nice to find a new spot here that also makes great fruit teas. From now on, I’ll be switching between these two — Passion Fruit and Grapefruit😊“

“All my brunch options were closed at 9am that day until I found this gem. So I went there early morning and OMG there was people waiting there already haha food was great, I feel like I could make a better order for the time, the egg was heavy and I added sausage too, with the tomato sauce, it just didn’t really blend and it was very heavy (for me!) . They have an AMAZING coffee!! Will probably stop by again and try different options! Staff was unreal, so friendly and knowledgeable! Loved.“
