“Ordered a caramel white chocolate mocha and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie for around $9.50.

The coffee was rich, both sweet from the whip and caramel on top and dark with the lovely coffee underneath. Delicious cup 😋.

The cookie was phenomenal, top notch texture with a nice balance between crunchy and chewy. From the first bite you are hit with that strong sea salt taste that quickly mellows out into cookie bliss. Delightful. Very heavy and big so def good to share this one.

The locals recommended the spot and it was no disappointment. Bit of a cramped space with how busy it gets but during more calm hours it has a very cozy cottage feel.

Was there on Fri June 13 before 12 I believe, ordered the Sierra salad and crispy sushi, both was good but the sushi rice was too mushy but everything else was good, the service at the end wasn't as good. understand it's Friday and my server disappeared for abit, she finally came after a long period of time.“

“Great convenient location at WV Community/Aquatic Centre. Virtual market monopoly on uber-tasty sandwiches/snacks + coffees with constant flow of dedicated customers. Lattes + Mochas are a fave and always a good choice.

Interior space is bright with tables/counter/some booths. Outside seating also available in Atrium, and on broad outdoor patio. Amazing views of treed pathways + gardens, Boulder Fountain + Great Lawn.

“Somehow the staff always remembers me throughout the millions of customers that come through, the burrito bar is an ESSENTIAL food place in this area and the whole city. Same with the top tier hot food bar, with chicken tikka masala, brown & white rice, vegan & vegetarian selections, tomato slow cooked chicken thigh meat, and not to mention the pizza here is better than any place I’d EVER been. Seriously I take offense to most pizza places but this place revived my love for pizza - I recommend the bbq chicken one. And don’t get me started on the salad bar with unique dressings like avocado vinaigrette - SOOOO SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I love this place!“

When I mentioned this to our server, she told me I there were no pecans because they were'experiencing a shortage. I think that she should have told me this when I placed my order as I probably would have ordered something else.“

“Blue water has very consistent quality of food, their sushi bar food are always fresh, I love the stamina roll, it is perfectly balanced with the crab meat, unagi and a little bit of smoked salmon slice inside of the roll. Their Sablefish is one of the best I ever had, it is refreshing and lightly seasoned. But you can still taste every bit of flavour from the miso and the fish.“

“The hostesses at the front are vibrant and charming. They offer a complimentary glass of champagne to sip while you’re waiting. If you don’t imbibe, they will accommodate your soft drink request. We were seated at a table on the patio which is very close to the street. So if you choose to sit on the patio, There will be city sounds which, apart from the occasional siren, quickly dissolves into the artful landscaping. Raven, our server, was friendly and cheerful, in addition to being appropriately attentive. We started with the mini steak French dips. Expertly seasoned and grilled, new york steak strips over a button of gruyere cheese atop a tiny slice of sourdough garlic bread with a side of au jus. These were quite more-ish. I recommend them. My husband enjoyed the Mediterranean salad and I liked my seared ahi tuna salad very much. The tuna is sliced thicker than carpaccio but thinner than sushi and gently seared. The plating was elegant and the salad finely chopped with bits of mango and shaved avocado on the top.. I tasted a bit of mint leaf and the light dressing was truly perfect. The staff pay attention to the guests and, when your server is busy, they make themselves available for your needs. It appears the staff members enjoy each other’s company as well as their jobs. I observed real teamwork throughout. We had the apple pie for dessert. On its own it is delicious with a caramel apple filling and it’s flaky , buttery and crunchy crus. It can easily be shared by three people and would have been enough. But do’gild the lily’ by adding the Canadian maple ice cream. We felt comfortable and satisfied. We were pleased with every bite and the Joey Burrard experience from start to finish. We will definitely go back and try some other offerings. Go and have fun. And talk to the very friendly staff who are so willing to engage.“

“Went to visit this store at 2418 Granville Street with my friends and had a great dine-in experience. We ordered a half and half pizza, one side loaded with cheese and the other with my favorite and fresh veggies. The crust was perfect, and the flavours were on point.
A big shoutout to Neha and Ranjodh for their friendly and professional service. They made us feel very welcome, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting.

“Loved every minute of our dining experience here! The aromas upon entering this wee spot got us excited, the welcoming staff were lovely, and then...the food. We ordered Omakase C - Cofu and were delighted! The presentation is artful, but not fussily so. The flavours were layered and subtle so every ingredient could be tasted. Our favourite was the salmon sushi (we ordered an extra 8 pieces!), rich, decadent and delish, especially with the Cilantro Cucumber sauce. We tried the Restore and Elevate mushroom tinctures on the rocks; unexpected flavours, but they grew on us paired with the food and a little ice melt dilution. We will go back time and again to try everything on the menu. Highly recommended!“

“A cute little place with delicious looking pastries and fresh sandwiches. I got the alder smoked BLT and the sticky toffee pudding. The BLT was a really well balanced sandwich with freshly made bread. It was salty, but perfectly so.

The staff were kind and helpful too and the service was fast (especially with it being freshly made in front of you).“

Coffee and teas are great. The food I have tried is great, too.

They have some great service staff, quick, polite, and warm.

I love the little touches around the small shop. Photos of dog visitors is a great reason to keep coming back. They have a human accessible jar of treats inside the door for you to grab for your pooch.

Lots of cute merch too!

“This is our usual spot for delivery. The Papa's special is always fully loaded with great toppings, super filling, but eating it doesn't make you feel terrible after like some chain pizza spots. “Very delicious food and very friendly progressive staff. The restaurant had a very welcoming and friendly vibe.

Large and very filling portions, we had gotten an appetizer as well as a main dish each and the appetizer alone filled us up. We also got a classic lime margarita to share and it was perfectly balanced, one of the best margaritas I've had as of late especially considering the fair prices.

All together with a cocktail, an appetizer, and 2 mains the bill only came out to about $70.“
