“I saw this nearby and thought how could alameda have a 4.9 rated taco place? I couldn’t believe it and still wanted to try it. I’m gonna give it the 4.9+. The Fino burrito with birria was excellent. Meat tender. Special sauce is smoky and tasty. I ordered tacos: shrimp, carnitas, pollo and carne asada. Each one special in their own way and simply delicious. Alameda is one of those to places you don’t go unless you have something to do there and I would go just to get these burritos and tacos.“

“My girlfriend and I wanted a late night dinner and decide to check this spot out. It did not disappoint and surprisingly had some meats you don’t find in other places.

My girlfriend got a tripa/asada burrito and I got the an asada/lengua burrito. We both shared two tacos and they were also really good!

I would recommend this place over La Penca Azul TBH.“

“Came here looking for a proper grown-up evening out and got exactly that. The atmosphere is warm and considered without being stuffy, the staff are professional but properly friendly, and the food is genuinely impressive without being precious. We worked through three courses each and a shared dessert at the end. Every single plate was a winner — clearly the work of a kitchen that knows what it's doing and cares about getting it right. Our server's wine recommendations were spot on too. The pace of the meal was textbook. The bill was very fair given the quality of the whole experience. New favourite for proper occasions.“

“Delicious tacos with tender meat. Their stand is not guaranteed to be here every day but when they’re here they usually set up around 5-6pm and stay until midnight. As of this posting (5/10/26) they’ve been showing up almost every day for a week so keeping my fingers crossed for a long run this time!
They split their time between here and another location in San Mateo. I’ve also seen them set up on International Blvd
