We are a regular at this establishment for that reason.

Food is always hot and guest seating area is mostly clean.
Staff was pressure washing drive thru as we ate our food.
I would reccomend this restaurant if you are looking for a quick bite to eat,friendly and fast.“

“Ate at Golondrinas for the first time tonight. Ordered the special pupusas (zucchini and cheese) which came with a side of slaw plus some spicy sauce it was outstanding. Couldn't help but eat the entire plate of food. Had their green salad which was a very generous portion of incredibly fresh greens with shredded carrots and pepitas. It was a simple but totally delectable salad; easily enough to share if I had been with someone else. My main course was the poblano mole enchiladas with chicken and refried beans -- OMG soooo delicious. The mole was truly one of the best I have eaten! The refried beans were delectable. Felt like I was eating food made by someone who loved me. Highly encourage you to go and enjoy some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten!“

I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. Honestly I don't remember the meat we got in our tacos but it was so good and the salsa wasn't too spicy but it had a kick. The burrito was so great and very filling. My husband and I love walking here for lunch: He usually gets a burrito and I go between enchiladas and a breakfast burrito (which is offered ALL DAY!). There are so many meat choices! They throw in a bowl of chips and unlimited access to their salsa bar. I also enjoy their aqua fresca or horchata on occasion.

The churros are delicious in their own or with a variety of fillings. My favorite is the caramelo (caramel) filling that's made with goat milk. (It's like dulce de leche but warrrrrm.)

The people who run it are also the owners, which means they're invested in creating a friendly, community atmosphere and gladly cater to special requests.

Be prepared to pay either cash, use Zelle or get cash back from the nearby Mexican grocer. There's no option for card payments!“

Over the last 20 years living in the Bay Area, I’ve been on a quiet mission: every time a friend from high school or middle school in New Mexico came to visit, I’d try to find a restaurant here that could even remotely live up to what we were raised on. “Went on a rainy Saturday and there was several spaces of parking in the lot adjacent to restaurant. Upon entering, the interior and layout feels a bit hodgepodge with the cashier in the center of the restaurant. The lady who took my order was friendly and verified my order along with the total price before I paid. I ordered Menudo and Lengua Burrito. The Menudo had the option of containing pata/feet. The broth was absolutely perfect and very typical of Tijuana style Menudo. It did not come with hominy sadly, and I suppose with the highest price I've ever paid for a bowl, I might have reconsidered my order. The tripe in the Menudo was just slightly more soft than I prefer but objectively, this was the bowl of flavorful Menudo that my cravings desired. The Lengua (beef tongue) burrito was huge! That said there was more rice than beans in the burrito and I wouldn't be mad if it had more beans instead. The lengua was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well. I can't believe I'm saying this but in a tongue burrito, I think less cheese works the best. Corn tortillas included in my order and salsas were delicious. Overall, I enjoyed the food. I'd come back to try another item for sure.“
