“This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions in Petaluma. The food is full of flavors and the meats are cooked perfectly. All the specials are unforgettable and leaving you wanting more. You can tell the chefs put their heart and soul into making every dish.”
“Great customer service! Food is good and plentiful! Nice atmosphere!”
“A Swedish Gem in Petaluma! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for a dining experience that is both authentically Swedish and refreshingly modern, Stockhome in Petaluma is an absolute must-visit. It perfectly captures that vibrant Stockholm street-food vibe while keeping things incredibly healthy and high-quality. Favorites: • The Salmon Gyro: This is a total game-changer. The salmon is perfectly prepared—fresh, light, and seasoned beautifully. Wrapping those clean Nordic flavors into a gyro format makes for a meal that feels like a treat without being heavy. • Elderberry Soda with a Splash of Lemonade: This was the highlight of the drink menu! The subtle, floral sweetness of the house-made elderberry soda paired with the bright citrus of a splash of lemonade is the ultimate refreshing combination. It’s a "pro-tip" order that I’ll be repeating every time. • The Vibe: The space is bright, minimalist, and welcoming—true to its Scandinavian roots. It’s clear they prioritize fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, from their amazing meatballs to their lighter, veggie-forward options. Stockhome has easily become one of my favorite spots for a delicious, nutrient-dense lunch that feels special. Tack så mycket! 🇸🇪🍋”
“I miss you guys and the wonderful meals and wines. You will forever be my favorite place.”

“Best Thai food in Petaluma!! My husband LOVES spicy food and they have never disappointed. Everything we have tried here is delicious! Staff is friendly and meals are reasonably priced.”
“Wow! What a treasure! A diner that's not greasy and offers healthier food. The servers are amazing. Pumpkin blueberry pancakes! Potatoes that are fresh, flavor with an optional dollop of sour cream. Wonderful Greek omelet with fresh spinach.
I'd be here everyday if I could.”

“Most dishes are from the region Jalisco, Mexico. I'm not familiar with that region but the flavors were more subtle and complex than the typical Mexican tacos I've had.
The chicken flautas is excellent. I liked the shrimp taco and al pastor. The pescado was my least favorite - it lacked texture.”

“My family and I have been going to Brixx since we moved to Petaluma when my daughter was born 14 years ago. We have always loved their food, ambiance and local family service. Considering how busy they are I usually call ahead and ask for the corner table in the back and they always seem to come through. Tonight my daughter and her friend had their Taekwondo mid term testing for their 2nd degree black belt test. I knew they would be starving afterward and knew Brixx would be the perfect place to reward them afterwards. It was on a Friday so I figured they would be busy. I called and Noel the owner answered and said they were slammed until at least 8:15. We were hoping to get the girls fed a bit earlier so I thanked him for checking and was happy they were busy. 5 minutes later he calls me back and said he could get us a 4 top table at 7:30 but probably not the corner booth which I was super happy about. When we got there they were packed but had a reserved sign for us on the corner booth! Brixx is an awesome, local family owned business that have great food, cozy ambiance and every time we have been there the owners are there bartending, waiting tables, running food or whatever they need to do to run a good business. This place is a Petaluma Gem and I feel bad I am just now giving them a 5 star review. Thank you Noel and his wonderful wife and staff for your hard work.”
“Really top notch sushi, wonderful service and staff. We are thrilled to have found this place and will be back! Can’t wait to try some of the interesting dessert choices.”

“as usual: Great hamburger, fries and for the money can't be beat. Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.”
“We read Houston’s article in the Argus about Urban Deli and had to try it. It was everything he proclaimed. I tried the Mediterranean Platter and everything was delicious - the falafel were uniquely spiced and not too salty which mixes often are. My husband tried the chicken schwarma platter and the walnut baklava and enjoyed them both. The customer service was excellent. So excited to have this new deli downtown.”
“The BEST sandwiches in town. I, personally, think they are a much better quality than when it was Mr. Pickles. Much friendlier staff and owner. I rate this 10 stars. Love the vegetarian sando on Dutch crunch with Swiss and Baja sauce. Chicken salad sando excellent too. All good! Fresh”
“Went to do an event with our food truck last week and came across this cute little place. The owner was super nice. Had the dirty Chai. Omg so so good. Wish they were located in Sacramento so I could go everyday. I see why they stay so busy. If we are ever in Petaluma again will definitely be stopping by.”

“The food was absolutely amazing. We shared a house salad, a pistachio pizza, a creamy truffle white sauce pasta, and finally an awesome tiramisu. Also had a great selection of drinks and wines available and have a cork fee if you want to bring your own. It is a very popular and tightly packed place so I recommend reservations and you will be very close to others.
The only negative items we had were that we had to wait a while after our reservation time. And that the service speed is sometimes inconsistent. Table seated later and behind us, and with a different waiter, had ordered and received their drinks and appetizers before we could even order our drinks. Our waiter would disappear for a long while and had to waive down others to help us. Just bad luck of the draw for us that night. But the food is still so good that I’d go back!”
“As a construction worker remodeling a restaurant just across the street (for 6 months!), I ate at China Town Restaurant at least 30x. I love this place! When you walk by you may not see anyone, but customers love to sit way back deep inside, as the artworks on the walls are impressive. The dishes are delicious and filling, both for taste and freshness. As a lifelong vegetarian, there are many options for me, but my favorite is Broccoli Tofu with rice noodles.
Boom!
Oh, and the restaurant we remodeled? Already out of business. Chinatown Restaurant shows the right way to run a restaurant: it's the food!”
“Our food was excellent. Brother had prawns in a spicy ranchero sauce he ate every bite said it was addicting! I had a chicken chimichanga the chicken was super fresh and yummy the rice was outstanding! My husband had the chili relenos combo he lived every bite! Great Mexican food!!”
“We were very excited to try this place out and really enjoyed trying the seasonal brisket and meatball tagine. My husband loved the creative cold brew coffee options and the horchata was delicious (warning though the serving size for the horchata is very small).
I really loved the persimmon bread dessert. Reminded me of a richer version of my family persimmon bread.
I appreciated that the cost includes the tip as that is how it should be (supporting the staff in the price). We will return to try their changing tasty menu.”
“Was drawn in by weekend specialty pasta - so delicious and comforting Pork Bolognese - nice wine choices to pair; friendly & attentive service.”

“We are so grateful to HenHouse Brewing for their generosity in donating beer for our fundraiser to help save dogs in Contra Costa County. Their support helped make our event a huge success, and the beer itself? Absolutely phenomenal.
What makes HenHouse beer so special is how it’s made: always fresh, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Brewed in small batches with an eye toward quality and creativity, each flavor bursts with vibrant hop character and balance. HenHouse has built a reputation for brewing with intention—showcasing the artistry of hops while keeping drinkability front and center. I agree. DELISH.
Our guests loved the lineup and I borrow this writing from online descriptions:
- Hollow Moon IPA – Bursts with tropical guava and piña colada notes from Mosaic and Sabro hops, perfectly balanced.
- Frozen Envelope IPA – A hazy, juicy treat, dripping with orange, pineapple, guava, and grapefruit. It looked like a creamsicle in a can and tasted even better.
- Big Chicken Double IPA – Bold and brimming with hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and more), this is HenHouse at its hop-forward best.
Best Life Blonde Ale – Smooth, crisp, and lightly hoppy, the perfect can to crack open any time. And great graphics!
Not only were the beers a hit, but HenHouse’s generosity and community spirit shone through. They did not just donate—they partnered with us in creating a fun, memorable experience, and I'm confident they got alot of fans post-event.
Simply put, HenHouse Brewing represents the best of Northern California craft beer: inventive, community-minded, and always brewed with passion and care. Plus their graphics are so fun!
We can’t thank them enough!”
“Neil not only makes a really great coffee beverage he is super consistent and it's always great! Not every coffeehouse makes a consistent cup. I have to be really careful with added sugars and Devine Mother Tea and Coffee makes the best Sugar Free Vanilla latte around. For your next cup go find the little Divine Mother Tea and Coffee booth!”
“Several times a week I enjoy Peet’s coffee with a friend after our morning walk. When we enter the store Renee is usually at the counter flashing her beautiful, welcoming smile! She is always gracious and upbeat while providing outstanding service! She is a gem.”
“I can’t thank Charles enough for the superior customer service that he extended to me! Took the time to explain the app. Understood when we had a sickness and had to cancel the order. Then so graciously helped me again to place the order when we figured out when we could do the party. Charles delivered the pizza and add on’s with right on time with a huge smile on his face! A pleasure to deal with! Thanks again Charles! Happy Holidays!”
“We went here for my birthday…with a toddler.. and they made us feel SO welcome! Nothing more authentic in all of West County, the prime rib was PERFECT, and the experience was lovely.”

“Can not say how much we loved the bartender! He was so welcoming and funny. We had delicious fish and chips, they have tartar or cocktail sauce or malt vinegar. Perfection! Very chill vibe in the meticulously clean bar and really nice TVs to watch any game. Thanks so much!”
“Had lunch there today. I had a French dip sandwich made of prime rib.. I had the sandwich, packed with prime rib, plus au jus. The fun was crispy, but not ready. As a side, they provided tater tots, which I happen to love. I asked if I could also have a side of coleslaw, which was delicious and was added without charge. It was about the best French dip that I’ve ever had in 67 years. The bun was crispy, but not heavy. Dipped into the au jus, it was heaven. They are good hearted people, and they should be patronized.”

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed”
“As a professional barista, I have a higher standard for coffee than most and will refuse to drink from most commercial roasters. Acre coffee is one of the best experiences I've had in a coffee shop yet. Legitimately good coffee, friendly faces, great atmosphere and an eagerness to bring you back in. 9/10. When coffee is this good, a long line can bring a wait time but the coffee, food and pastries are still well worth it”
“Great place with great wings and a nice staff. You can tell they care about the food they serve. So that was a little weird😉. Thanks for the wings, they were most num num, will wing again for sure. Here's your bag of emoji for the win, as is customary 🙏🏻🌟🏆🥇(gold stars can be picked up after 4, you must have your id and ticket for theoretical internet dollars - NO EXCEPTIONS)”
“Every morsel is a treat every time for years! Yes, this is true! It is always crowded, I wish it wasn't but I understand that it must because too many people want to eat here...and so it is! And the staff are engaging, patient, efficient, and they appear to be content where they Are!, This community gem is a treat...drop in!! TY all of you who make it so! 🤗🎈😋🍐🍉🍓🥑🥒🥕🥓🥞🧀🥐☕️”
“There isnt any Dubai about the Dubai strawberries, my fault for not reading the description since it doesn’t actually mention anything about having pistachio cream but it definitely doesn’t look like the picture which is misleading. The chocolate was cheap and didnt stay melted and the green part was like some kind of grainy coconut paste with bright green dye, i have had other stuff which were good like mangonada, shaved ice and the ice cream but yeah, just know there is no pistachio in the “Dubai Strawberry Chocolate””
“I came threw town and stopped at Bianchini's. I got a Roasted turkey breast sandwich. It had this pesto mayo inside that was super good. The meat tasted fresh and the roll was fresh baked. The man that took my order was really nice and I thought overall that they had good customer service. Would go back if back in the area.”
“Grab a seat at the bar and enjoy some of the friendliest bartenders in all of Petaluma (especially Cat)! The entire staff is wonderfully laid back, genuine and truly happy to be there, which makes us very happy to be there as well!”
“High quality sushi, super clean environment, high ceilings modern decor. Only problem- they all still wear masks. Foolishness! (RN here and I know the truth). Highly recommended sushi fare.”
“came here after a long hike. the atmosphere is so welcoming for dogs and kids. would come here agian”

“We dined at Taps On The River for the first time last evening. I was so impressed with the service and friendly atmosphere. We chose our table inside by the large windows that looked out on the River. Our server was Jessica and she was simply wonderful. She was very attentive throughout the meal but not intrusive (give this lady a raise!). The food was wonderful. Plenty of choices for all. I might suggest that you put something chocolate on the dessert menu. Thank you all for a delightful evening.”
“Four of us had an awesome experience last Friday night at Jan’s 256. Our server, Alice was especially attentive to our needs and wants. Our meals were spot on as usual. Jan’s short ribs are the best in town and the fish and chips were perfection. Always enjoy being at 256.”

“All u folks who claim the food was amazing or delicious have never actually tasted great food b4 n ur life ans taste buds rnt working, if so u would think differently about this place. food is tasteless, was served brownish lettuce. tables were filthy, a member of my party got sick starting throwing up after leaving and now in bed. had to fight flies for my food. fries were as hard as bricks and hollow. way over priced for what was served. nasty flea bag non service dogs all over the place.”

“You must visit! The ribs and pork chop combos were to die for! Tender, juicy meat and huge sides. Also, there was an issue with my order and the manager, Aaron, promptly took care of it with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Amazing family vibe and awesome staff … We will be back soon!”

“Went for lunch. The ambience is sophisticated and chic. The music playlist is soft and jazzy/clubby. We had Cobb salads - one without blue cheese, and they made a special dressing for it. I can decidedly say it was the best salad I've ever had. We ordered the soup which again was outstanding. They had a light kind of chili oil on it I think - not too hot. It was exceptional. We also ordered the potato chips with dip. Yum. The salad, potato chips and dip with champagne, can't get any better. We are all coming back for sure. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely loved it !
The salmon buckwheat galette is truly outstanding: perfectly crispy, generously filled, and made with high-quality salmon that melts in your mouth. A true taste of authentic French Brittany
And the chocolate pistachio crêpe? Simply amazing! The balance between rich chocolate and smooth pistachio is just perfect—indulgent without being too heavy.
If you're looking for the best crêpes and galettes, this bakery is a must-visit. Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and real craftsmanship. Highly recommended!
Thank you Sarmentine !”
