“Tifa has become my favorite ice cream shop! I live nearby and visit Tifa at least once a week.

Their gelato is absolutely incredible! The texture is so smooth and creamy, it feels like it melts in your mouth. They offer an amazing variety of flavors, making it so hard to choose just one (though I’ve tried almost all of them, lol). My favorite is definitely the Cookie Monster flavor—it’s the perfect blend of sweetness with chunks of cookies in every bite, and the color is super cute too!

The service here is excellent as well. They’re always happy to offer samples to help you decide, which is super helpful! I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious treat!“

“This is the best ice cream in the valley. It is delicious. You can't go wrong with any of their chocoholic flavors. Everything else is good too.

Prices are reasonable for the amount and quantity. A small is two and a half scoops, which is a reasonable amount.“

Compared to Yogurtland over by Tampa and victory, this place has a slightly more Tangy "Tangy" flavor.

I do like the fact that you can put your own toppings on, however you want, wherever you want.

The flavors tasted great, but you're kind of just right in between Menchie's and Yogurtland.
By comparison, Menchie's to me just tastes like ice milk, with a very watery consistency.
Yogurtland is a little more smoother.

When you take everything into consideration, is it worth driving six or seven miles down Victory to go to a better spot? So this money you spend in gasoline kind of is the same thing as spending 10 cents more here per ounce.

You'll have to weigh all that into consideration. I mean if you're in the neighborhood, and this is your local spot, then more power to you.

In summary, and just giving a general review of the place, it's not bad, but it's not the greatest.
I tried a good six flavors in my bowl. It was very easy to distinguish each, and some are definitely better in consistency and flavor than others.

So that's really why I gave this place four stars as well instead of 5.“

“Great cookies! However, this store was unable to handle their own promotion that made them extremely busy. I ordered my cookies in advance but when I picked up- they were sold out. They were giving customers different options regarding the sold out cookies and it varied from one customer to the next. No consistency and it was clear this was a new issue that they had no protocol for.“

“Our family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and it’s become a tradition for us. But it’s not just the delicious cookies that have won our hearts—it's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.

We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.

This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. It’s not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. “So our journey begins with a hot day. A few degrees cooler than the SF valley, but still pretty hot. As we venture through quite a bit, we were looking for a place to cool-off. The first suggestion in the car was ICE CREAM!!!! The vote was unanimous. This presented a few decisions to be made. We can go to the valley, and enjoy Cold Stone or settle for something else. Clearly it was too far. So our next decision was to find one here in Simi Valley. At this point we find ourselves with something that happens in many food chains. We tend to find the greatest link that is above our set standards. When we think those standards are met by the rest of the links, we some how find the weakest link. This typically ruins the image of the whole food chain, or just keeps us going to one. That stereotype has been debunked by Cold Stone. Benefit of the doubt, maybe not all….maybe. In my scorecard Cold Stone is two for two. Making this location the treat location away from home.

In my snapshot when we came in we missed the masses by a minute or so. Like all other families had the same Idea at the same time(Almost). Which it was comforting to see this location filled up quick. The almost all male crew and one female were pretty fast in working together to get our-oh-so yummy treats in our hands. I have been on a chocolate trip lately, and the Germanchocolatekake was a nice way to give farewell to the evening sundown and welcome to the Sunday night.

As we walked outside, they have a patio with a waterfall fountain. Unique in style the area was serene. The only issue was that the table were dirty. As other customers of the shopping center made messes. Unfortunately I don’t think this area is observed by any one business. Luckily, we keep Clorox wipes. The table got cleaned, and there was the good deed for the day. Clearly this was an issue on most of the tables. Another family also enjoyed a Cold Stone treat. So we offered Clorox wipes to them as well. The down side was that I got pictures of the Ice cream when it was done. I think it makes a good reason to go, and enjoy your own cone, or cup of joy for yourself.“

“It was a wonderful experience that let us try a few flavors. I've never had gelato. It was delectable. I went with the Elvis, the peanut butter chocolate and the lemon sorbetto It was great. The lemon reminded me of my childhood where you get the frozen lemonade in a cup and eat it with the popsicle stick. They even had board games you and a friend can enjoy. It was a great time“

“This is a great little Baskin-Robbins. Parking is easy and they keep to their posted hours--some close early. The service is great. They have a wonderful selection of ice cream. You can have cones, shakes, and drinks. They have a little eating area. I really enjoy their ice cream cakes. You can buy one right there, or pick one from one line or there and order it the way you want it. You will like this place.“
