“honestly i wasnt sure what to expect walking in since its tucked into that little strip mall area. but the fish was REALLY fresh, which matters more to me than anything fancy. the rice was fluffy and had that perfect vinegar kick, not too warm or too cold.

my freind got the spicy tuna roll and it was actually spicy not just drenched in mayo I had to get a second one

service was chill and friendly, never felt rushed or ignored even though they were pretty busy. beer selection is small but what they have pairs well. definately going to be my go to spot when im in the agoura area again“

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. “Food is decent. I mainly get the large shrimp and chips because they are huge and always cooked perfectly. I feel like the batter doesn't have a lot of seasoning but the natural flavor of the shrimp makes up for it. I have tried the fish and chips before and the lack of seasoning in the batter works better with the shrimp in my opinion. I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the fish. They give a lot of fries but they also need salt which can be added to your liking. If not for the large shrimp and chips this would probably get a 3 but the shrimp brings it up to a 4.“

“My experience at Broad Street Oyster Co (Malibu location) was absolutely excellent! I have been wanting to try the viral lobster caesar wrap all summer. One afternoon I spent the day in malibu and treated myself to a gorgeous lunch - the lobster caesar wrap, a side of caviar and a glass of wine. The wrap was the best bite of the week. It’s a huge portion so I thought it was worth the price. The lettuce was chopped perfectly and was so fresh and crunchy, the lobster was so delicious and the caesar dressing was the best I ever tasted. All the flavors together were fantastic. The food came out quick and I loved the ambiance of Yacht Rock radio that was playing. Highly recommend going to this place if you’d like delicious seafood in Malibu! I left very full and happy!“

Our usual place was closed. So we decided to give Go Fish a try. Definitely not disappointed! Fish was fresh and tasty. Rolls were creative and delicious. Portions weren’t skimpy. The reason for the half star deduction: it is a bit pricey. That said, we’ll definitely be back.“

“I recently took my daughter to Seabutter in Westlake Village, and we had a great experience. She ordered the miso soup, Sunset Roll, and the yellowtail with scallions hand roll, and everything was fresh and high quality.

It’s a great little sushi spot with an excellent sushi bar. Just be aware that seating inside is limited, and some of the tables are pretty small, so it fills up quickly during peak hours. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but that’s pretty common for good sushi these days.

If you’re looking for quality sushi, I’d definitely recommend Seabutter. If you’re looking for a restaurant with a bigger atmosphere or a place to linger for the evening, you may want to choose somewhere else.“
