“So this doughnut shop is inside the grocery / general store in the plaza. They offer so many unique doughnuts like various candy bar and cereal flavors, as well as some more traditional flavors. “This was my first time ever trying Crumbl Cookies. Today only 11/6, Crumbl Cookies is offering FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins for each visitor that comes in for one; no purchase necessary.
This was a great way for me to try them out for the first time. When I first walked in, I didn’t expect the place to look so clean!
It was spick and span and there were cookies laid out in front. There were two women working at the time. I didn’t catch the name of the girl I spoke to.
I came in and asked her if they were giving away FREE Cookies today and she said they were. She told me what to press on the machine to order my cookies. She wasn’t very friendly though. I placed my order she handed me my cookies and I told her this was my first visit.
Usually when I tell a business that I’m a first-time customer, they’re more open to explaining what they have, who they are, their process, etc. I don’t get that this time. I also noticed after I grabbed my cookies, she kinda spied on me in odd way as I was leaving.
As far as the cookies, I honestly didn’t expect to receive two! I give them a 3.5/5. They tasted like chocolate chip ginger cookies to me, which was good.
I may visit a Crumbl Cookies again if they have some better flavors I’d like to try and some more warming customer service.“

“KELSIE KELSIE KELSIE....I had to take the time to give my sincere and true appreciation for one of the workers at this location. She always has the best energy and her smile is soo warming. Tonight she turned out what was going to be a disaster birthday for my roommate and totally turned it around for me. They were out of the deliciously AMAZING Oreo Cream Pie Cookie ( IF YOU HAVNT HAD THIS YOU'RE TOTALLY MISSING OUT) for the day and it was 20 mins from closing. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with enough Oreo Pies and then some to complete my birthday desert gift and I cant THANK HER ENOUG!!! “i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“These cookies are amazing and best in Orange County. We got an assortment of 4 cookies in a bright pink box that the family loved as a desert treat after dinner. They had chocolate chip and frosting and sprinkles on their cookies.Love this place with great service as well.“

“Genuinely needed to come on here and leave a review. I have been having the worst couple days of my life with my grandpa being in the hospital. From my first interaction it was amazing service. Ryan helped me out and she was so kind, she was very comforting and so so kind genuinely the best experience I’ve had in a store in a long time. I love chaiupan and this just set my loyalty to them in stone forever. “Stopped by before a trip to the beach. The staff was very friendly and they had a decent selection of drink and fresh baked goods. To my surprise they had pho, which I shared with my wife. The broth was nothing memorable, and the rice noodles were excellent. A good addition to the herb plate would have been some mint and additional beansprouts.“

“I have had many of Shadi’s cakes for different occasions and celebration; I have to say, they are all so delicious and mouthwatering. Her apple Tart Tatin is to die for! Her cheese cakes are out of this world! Especially her Mars cheese cake is absolutely one of a kind. You have to try it to believe how delicious they are. Banana lovers, you must try her chocolate chip banana cake! It’s so yummy 🤤 Also as a person Shadi is as sweet or I should say truthfully sweeter than her Sweets 😉 She is always smiling and so pleasant to work with. You have a double advantage , not only you get a beautifully decorated cake it’s also super yummy and delicious that you have to fight over the crumbs! I highly recommend her to everyone!“

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. Luckily, the original chocolate chip is always a choice of cookies you can buy.“

“The baked goods here are so delicious and the woman behind the treats was so lovely herself! I found this place after an appointment in the area, got four different macarons and one of the honey cakes. Wow. Insane, everything. The strawberry raspberry and the Dubai flavor macarons were far and away my favorite, but everything was insane. The honey cake was amazing too, very different from anything I’ve had yet but loved it. Will be back again.“

“Omg! Their breakfast burrito is amazing. Came to kaiser for a doc app and was looking for donuts. Well, I now found my new breakfast burrito place. First bite melted in my mouth. The eggs are fluffy and have a great flavor. The tortilla is soft. Im not one for cheese on my food. But the cheese they use is also soft and melts right into the burrito. The salsa is a must to add onto before a bit. My new spot when I’m in the area 😍“

“The cake had a simple appearance, and she could only write “Happy Birthday” in brown, which I found odd. I was initially a bit concerned—it was a thin, two-layer 8” cake for $50. However, the taste more than made up for it! It wasn’t overly sweet, and the strawberry filling with whipped cream frosting was absolutely delicious. “Aside from there delicious little Bundt cakes, I wanted to provide a review on their customer service. When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. Filling out this survey is less about the coupon but more about Carissa. Wonderful young lady with great work ethic and a warm demeanor. Great hire, Nothing Bundt Cakes Laguna Hills! “I ordered two cream pans and let me say it doesn't disappoint. So if you love creamy custard filling folded into buttery bread that is made with TLC, then Hamada-Ya Bakery is the place to go. Now let's say you eat one and save the other for the next day, I suggest refrigerating it. Then when you want to eat it take it out of the fridge and let it sit until it's room temperature. Your taste buds are going to be very happy you did. ?“

“We stopped in this past weekend after eating at the Italian restaurant next door. This place was a much better experience for us. Although their prices are extremely high here for coffee and cookies, we were very impressed with the coffee and cookies themselves. We had a pistachio latte which wasn't warm enough. It was honestly just lukewarm. We also had an iced Vietnamese coffee which was one of the best Vietnamese coffees I've ever had and I consider myself a connoisseur of that drink. It was a large size as was the other one but I feel that $8 is out of control for a coffee of any size. Also, it appears that they use some sort of super automatic espresso machine for their coffee drinks. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using one of those... at home. When you charge these prices to your customers you should have a barista actually making the drinks like any other coffee shopb at a real espresso machine. Lastly, the chocolate chip with walnuts cookie was not only huge but was also one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've had in a long time. Although the prices are high, I think we would honestly return in the future.“

“Cheesetella is the perfect spot for cheese lovers in Irvine! Their mozzarella bar is amazing—the freshly made cheese is incredibly soft and creamy. We tried the burrata and it was a total highlight. The staff is very friendly and helped us pick the best cheese for our picnic. The shop feels bright, clean, and welcoming. Their prices are fair for such high-quality, fresh products. I have been a repeat customer ever since I stumbled upon these unassuming little cookie bites!I was casually offered a cookie with a quiet mention that they were vegan, and thinking the worst of it, was actually MIND BLOWN! Mind you that these cookies have a different texture/crumb than your traditional cookie (these are not crispy/dry crumb cookies - they're closer to the texture of a brownie maybe?) , but the flavor and chew and proportion of each cookie really packs a satisfying bite of delicious-full-YUM!I've enjoyed all the different flavors and they are perfectly sweet and balanced. I especially love that there's variety of flavor with chocolate chips/candies to add texture/crunch. I LOVE these cookies and often gift them and bring them to office gatherings which turn out to be pretty popular!Nevermind that they're vegan or gluten free! No one in my house is vegan or vegetarian or gluten free and we thoroughly enjoy them as a treat. “As someone who loves to bake, these cookies are phenomenal (this visit I got the chocolate chip and marble). Usually at a lot of places the cookies are too sweet and cakey. These cookies are subtly sweet and have a great texture to them. This is a spot I’d be willing to drive to even though I’m not from the area. Will be coming back!“

“Saffron Bakery is easily the best bakery in the neighborhood. The baked goods are outstanding, especially the insanely flaky croissants, rich savory pastries, and fresh, high-quality bread made with excellent ingredients you can actually taste. Everything is baked fresh and the textures and flavors are consistently perfect.
Their breakfast and lunch options are just as good, filling, flavorful, and made with the same level of care. On top of that, the prices are incredibly fair for the quality.
