Their menu is a combination of classic American with a bit if Asian fusion.The open concept of the restaurant allows anybody to watch their meals be prepared, which further fuels the concept of utmost transparency. My boyfriend and I have been coming semi regularly and the food quality has always been incredibly high. The staff are kind and accommodating and the owner is very sweet. It's obvious that they really care about what they do. During peak hours service can drag a little, but the servers are also often preparing drinks as well and the food more than makes up for the wait. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is that of a vintage bar and grill from the 1930s-1940s era. It had the chopped up ham, hash browns, cheesish, eggs and a Pico de Gallo with Tapatio in a bottle. The ingredients were pretty obviously Sysco, which is fine. “I love this place. I order various sandwiches, and every time it’s delicious. I’ve been coming here for about 20 years, and every time it’s excellent. The seating is great, right on the circle of Orange. As you eat the delicious sandwiches, you can reminisce about the Orange circle Literally existing in 1880 (the didn’t have cars back then!!!). The fettucini is also amazing. The only issue is that they do not make any modifications to the food order, they also have restricted hours for certain foods. It would be nice if they would consider changing the restricted hours for breakfast, then brunch, then dinner, etc. But yes, this is not a typical coffee shop where you can go and study. They don't even have wifi. I understand why they went in this direction. It's definitely too small to be able to host customers for extended periods of time.“

“My mom worked at Santa Ana College where this cart is located. She LOVED her coffee. When the time came to plan her Celebration of Life, an event which we planned at the College, we knew we needed to get a coffee cart there to serve her favorite coffee beverages. Scott, the owner, was extremely polite, professional and pleasant to deal with, and also extremely sensitive to the nature of the event, which I really appreciated. The cart served 150++ people at our event. I heard RAVE reviews about the "best ice blended drinks" people had ever had. The barista was polite, worked extremely hard even in sweltering weather, came early to set up and stayed late for the last few people to get their drinks. I highly recommend The Drip for your private events, and I've heard from lots of friends that are planning to stop by the college just to get another ice blended coffee drink. I've never been to their original location but today my wife and I were walking around the circle with our son and noticed a new spot we hadn't seen before. Small patio and unassuming spot but the moment you walk in you're shocked at how nice and airy and bright the space is with a larger dining area in the back. Their coffee and food menu is large but so many amazing options from sweet to savory and also a kids menu which was a plus. My wife got a savory crepe and loved it, I got the steak breakfast sandwich which was incredible and my son had a crepe quesadilla which I realize is even better than a normal one cause the crepe is so soft he loved it. Lavender latte for the wife which she is very picky with and said it's one of the best she's ever had, delirium beer for me. All around this place is above and beyond our new favorite spot to come to with very reasonable prices and an incredible menu.
