“I wanted to send something special for my daughter-in-law’s birthday while she and her family were in Disneyland. I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. Great service, communication, beautiful cupcakes and they loved them! Don’t hesitate to call them whether you are in town or out of town like us! Thank you!!!“

“I purchased from amazing cakes for the first time in June for my niece's birthday. I purchased 2 additional cakes in August for my nephew and son's birthday. The three cakes were all different flavors and everyone at each party said they tasted great. The cakes weren't extravagantly decorated but were EXACTLY what we wanted. The staff is friendly and awesome customer service“

“Great macarons that I didn't feel were priced outrageously (they're never cheap anywhere). They all came individually packaged. We got an assortment of them to try, and they were all great. The standout for me was the smores (?) one, that was covered in shaved chocolate. It was fantastic. The oreo cheesecake was a close runner up, for me. Overall, highly recommended. It was a great little treat for us on our way home from Disneyland.“

“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! As for their shop, they have done so much to update their storefront! It is so cute and inviting! Beautiful, clean displays and the perfect backdrop for that must-have selfie for socials! “Thanks to Bani’s bakery for a beautiful and yummy, moist cake for my son’s birthday. My son requested for the “ Stinky and Dirty Show” bday cake which i looked up everywhere I couldn’t find much ideas. Just asked Bani and told her which cake he liked and we got this awesome cake. “On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Me my friend ate on the seats outside that we had to wipe up ourselves. For the price I paid at least the tables outside should be clean.“
