“Hadn't been here in a while but the crave for pupusas brought me in. Always have had very friendly service. I was so happy to be back as the food was even better than I remembered. The following week I ordered for home through grub hub and it was equally delicious. The pupusas and Salvadoran tamales were delicious!“

When you first walk in you are greeted in a family friendly atmosphere and then the 🍹 and food 🥘 are amazing. Karaoke 🎤 on Friday nights plus different events throughout the month. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. The dish had the right texture, taste and an excellent mixture of ingredients. As I have grown older, I assure you that it is the type of customer service and quality of product that will keep me going back. I give them a 5 out of 5 for the reasons stated above. “Great food and plenty of variety. It’s not one of the cheaper ends when it comes to Taquerias, but that’s just me. The Asada is excellent, fresh, and lots of flavor. Everything is all good, but some of the hostesses working at the register...attituuuude! I’m not an expert in customer service, but a smile and good energy (not like the feeling when they want you to hurry up and order) goes a long way. I’m not taking the fact that the food is good, but working on your presence helps a lot!“

My personal favorites are the tostadas de camarón and the tinga—they’re super delicious! My kids can’t get enough of the burritos and tacos de asada. We’re a family of seven and we always feel so welcomed here. The staff and owner are truly amazing—so friendly and kind. Whether we’re dining in or taking food to go, we always enjoy our experience. “Food is amazing!!! Service is good and prompt. The area is a little sketchy tho, but seeing how delicious the food is, it is worth going there, regardless of the area. Best damn al pastor tacos around. Bar none. The asada quesadilla is also excellent. The Oaxaca cheese and chilli inside the quesadilla really make it pop! The super burritos are really good too. Pretty good size, decent price, and lots of flavor as well. I highly recommend this place. It's definitely my go to local spot for good Mexican food. Enjoy!“

“From a San Diego native, I love their authentic and hard to find ROLLED TACOS. while Pittsburg location BURNED THEM, Antioch cooks them PERFECTLY & CONSISTENTLY. I also love their grilled peppers and onions and their guava Agua Fresca. Seriously I don't eat fast food for health and financial reasons but this place makes me break my own rules. Lol. Thank you. Service could be kinder with a smile but the food brings me back. Sometimes their service leaves a lot to be desired. But never does their food.

I've only gone to the Pittsburg location twice. Once I got 5 burned roll tacos and the second visit. My role tacos had toothpicks and pieces of wood in it. Trust me, stick with this Antioch location.“
