Amazing customer service, if I send in my sandwich order but then get busy at work and can't make it by the time the sandwich is ready, I'll call to let them know. No call centers! No AI helper running everything! The only thing though there was a older gentleman with his hair down in a biker jacket behind the counter hovering around the staff then hung around at the tables. Made me feel uncomfortable for the staff because it felt like he was just watching them work. I get it he might be the manager but let the staff breathe, they seemed to be doing great. No one likes a micro manager.“

“My family and I enjoy eating at firehouse subs. My daughter enjoys her kids meal meatball subs and always gets excited for her hat. I enjoy all sorts of different sandwiches. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very friendly. The decor is amazing especially the painting mural on the wall. I would recommend this place to everyone.“

“So I'm traveling from out of town and had 2 seniors (one of whom is half deaf), a toddler, and a 6 month old. It was chaos. Shoutout to Connor, who engaged my dad in conversation while I was getting the toddler squared away, and who gave us an excellent recommendation for some local scenery to visit whilst in town. (Shark beach down highway 1 if anyone is interested in some stunning scenery).

The tables were in need of a wipe but I carry baby wipes with me everywhere anyway and my toddler has yet to meet a messy situation he cant make messier.

“Visiting Capitola and the Monterey bay Area and went to this spot for dinner. The sandwiches were amazing! The restaurant is clean and our sandwiches and soup arrived sooo fast. The ingredients they use are fresh and top notch…and our cupcakes were soooo good!!! We plan on coming back to try other flavors of sandwiches.“

“I work at a different subway location than this, I thought that I’d stop by and check it out. I asked the lady behind the counter for employee discount and she said no which is completely fine because you’re technically not supposed to use it unless you’re on the clock. She was pretty slow but it’s fine because the sandwich was good. But the problem I had was with the other coworker. There was the older lady behind the counter doing all the work, and there was a younger teenager girl just sitting in the lobby on her phone. I watched the older lady make about 12 sandwiches by herself in the 20 minutes period that I was there. And I know that break times are 15 minutes long. Overall food was alright, and that girl needs to be fired“
