The food, service and the service has not changed in all that time! I remember the Owner, was going to build a Clearman's in Green Valley, Henderson. When he passed away I asked his Son when is the New Clearman's was opening, he stated never, his Dad was wrong in thinking about opening it. “We love JB Burgers. Why? For one, the food is great. I get a steak sandwich all the time. No mayo, due to a diet constraint. Sometimes I'll get a bowl of chili ... or if I'm in the mood, I'll get a stack of french toast with my steak sandwich. Yes, that's a lot of food!

Steak sandwich - The french roll is good. The steak is a nice piece of meat and it has great flavor. They put tomatoes and lettuce. The tomatoes are good. The lettuce adds a crisp crunch, but there's a lot of white lettuce. The steak sandwich is a must!

My better half gets a guacamole burger. Tasty and the guac adds some healthiness AND the creamy texture replaces mayo, 1000 Island or any other sauce that's not healthy.

The chili is good! When it's chilly or on a rainy day, it's good comfort food!

French Toast - this is good stuff. They give you a lot and it's made well. Taste is really good and they use a thicker bread - yummm!

Now to the wonderful staff! 95% of the time we've had good to exceptional service. I order inside the restaurant - makes sense since we're eating inside. One time, this gal told me I could not order inside and she made me go outside to order. I told her I order inside all the time, but she didn't want to listen. I almost left, but I saw the familiar faces there, so I ordered outside. The next time I saw her there, she let me order inside.

I try to get to JB's at least once a week. They're my go to!

“An all around SOLID American (multi-cuisine) restaurant. This is my first time, but not my brother-in-law’s first time here. He enjoys the lunchtime burgers, but today we were there for breakfast. I usually establish my review opinions by ordering a breakfast burrito. My eye was caught by the ‘all meat’ breakfast burrito. You will notice that it had sausage, ham, and bacon with the usual hashbrowns and eggs. It was enormous, as described on the menu. My brother-in-law got the pancakes and eggs with sausage. The pico de gallo and salsa were spot on and made the breakfast burrito a hit compared to what I usually find in the area. I’m not a small guy and I can eat a pretty decent amount. I had to bring half of my burrito home. I also like that I could self serve my 3 cups of coffee. They had vanilla creamer, and the coffee did not have that typical bitter, weak, diner taste. I’m sold on their breakfasts. Soon, I will return to give lunch a go-around. Photos with iPhone 13.

Parking is sometimes hard to find only bc this spot is so popular on weekends but there is street parking as well.“

I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. “I came here for a pre-movie lunch with my mom and boyfriend, and I honestly can’t wait to go back. The service was quick and amazing-our server was super sweet and helped guide us through the menu to find the best options. We all built our own burgers and went with the Angus beef (just $12 with unlimited sauces and toppings!). The sauce selection is where they really shine-so many unique options that make you want to try everything. We all got the bacon jam aioli and it was incredible. I added garlic aioli and sriracha aioli too, with Swiss cheese and basically all the toppings-lettuce, tomato, pickles, raw/cooked/pickled onions, and jalapeños. Lunchtime is definitely the best time to go since you get a free side of fries with your burger. I 100% recommend the sweet potato fries-crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside, total perfection. This place hit every mark, and I’ll definitely be back.“
