“Luceros Café is known for their delicious churros and 3 leches cakes. They are very consistent with their pastries. They recently expanded their bakery and even like this, they're always busy! I recommend their original 3 leches cake. It is by far the best 3 leches cake I've ever had! They also have a yummy 3 leches de nuez, which is a 3 milk cake with nuts. Although they usually have cakes you can buy, I would recommend you order your cake prior.Customer service Can use some work, although it's not bad, they always seem so busy they forget to smile! All in all 4/5. Definitely a must try!“

“Very busy café for the “in-crowd” in the Los Feliz area with plentiful indoor and outdoor seating.Upon staff recommendation, I tried the chocolate chip bread pudding- which was absolutely massive and delicious! Not the best bargain at $10, but I’d say it was worth it and probably could have been shared with another person.There is also a bar in the room adjacent to the coffee shop/bakery, which was also very busy.Neat place to get delicious food and drinks, get some work done, or just sit and people watch.“

“4++ great neighborhood coffee shop that has fun, chill vibes, and enthusiastic service. There's fun decor inside and looks like a place where people can hang out or get some reading and/or work done. I only got an Americano or drip from here (with added cream), so I can't really speak to the food items or any of the more complex, possibly more sugary drinks here. It looks like they roast their own beans here as well. I had a lot of coffee at home at the time of my visit, so I didn't buy a bag. I might have to come back and grab one. Parking was easy to find. There's a lot on the side of the building. If the lot is full, I'm pretty sure you could find street parking close by.“

“Recommended. I came by. There’s a kiosk to order and a cashier. I ordered the garlic bagel they are known for and the breakfast Becky. There’s an outdoor seating area as well as indoors. They have a merchandise wall in case you want to buy anything. Also a fridge section that has drinks. The kitchen is easily viewable to see what’s going on. The bagel was great. Also the breakfast Becky with its bacon and sauce. I really liked it.“

“This is actually a review for Homegirl's catering service: I hired Homegirl to cater my book launch at the University of Southern California. Nadine was super easy to work with in planning out the kinds of foods I wanted for my event. Abel did an excellent job finding our venue and setting up a delicious spread. I got turkey sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, and vegan sandwiches. Everything was delicious on fresh bread baked by Homegirl. We also had agua frescas, hummus, and salad. The hummus was actually so popular that I barely got to try any. My guests ate it all! Note to self: order extra hummus next time. Putting on an event is time consuming and stressful, but Homegirl made the food portion of my event easier to manage. I highly recommend them. They will be at the top of my list for future catering events.“

“Blue Lounge is an amazing lounge to sit and enjoy Shisha. They have a large variety of tobacco flavors and all pipes are "Regals" unless you choose a different specialty pipe they offer. This place is safe, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of lighted parking out front and a large outdoor patio with heaters and seating outback. I love smoking here and will continue to visit GG and team!“

“I ordered the chicken fried steak and it tastes was savory,fresh and crispy. The gravy was smooth, creamy and not so salty. The service is very responsive and respectful however this place does get packed so expect a wait time. Ambiance feels like a hole in the wall type dinner as the location is in between many other shops in a shopping area. Well worth the wait.“

“Delicious cheesecakes.I've been there twice.We've tried Cookies & Cream and pecan with chocolate sauce. It's advertised as caramel. “Me and my friends decided to swing by on a whim. It was raining hard and a warm drink is just what we needed to perk us up!I got a hot Chai Tea Latte and it did not disappoint! My friends got a cold Matcha Latte with cream and a hot Match Latte.I tried some of the cream and it was superb! Creamy and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Added some to my chai latte and it brought up to the next level.The inside is a bit small and can hold a handful of people. “Love their speciality drinks and fun breads and pastries. I got the curry pan and the strawberry sakura latte and both were really good. The floral and berry flavors worked nicely with the coffee but the sakura flavor wasn’t super strong. Pretty centrally located in Little Tokyo and the staff are really nice.There were a few tables inside but I took my order to go.“

“This is a great spot to refuel for your day at the office. They have lots of drink options, and a wide variety of snacks too. I was surprised at how inexpensive the treats were! My banana bread with chocolate and pecans was less than $3! It was a small piece, but well made and just the right size for an afternoon snack.“

We heard about Catmosphere, and after seeing the adorable kitties on their website, submitted the online adoption application. Sooo happy we did! Gail contacted me right away, and told us about two tuxedo kittens ready for their new home. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Gail was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable about the kittens, set up our meeting with the kitties and it was love at first site! I was so impressed with how well-cared for and well-behaved these kittens were! All of the initial kitten exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter were all taken care of, making it so easy to transition them into our home. Our new kitties have adjusted very well to our home and we are just in love with them both! This has been by far the best cat adoption process we've ever experienced, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to bring a new kitty or two into their family do so via Catmosphere Laguna Foundation. Canyon blew our expectations out of the water. We were greeted by the coolest cat, Carlos, with a bold, yet incredibly friendly stature. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. I landed on the eloquent “Hot Japanese Brown Sugar Latte”. LIKE WHAT!! Craft of the craft, one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Yes, “my bro and I are twins”, I told him. Little did I know we were about to be served a delectable slice of perfectly baked Banana Sesame bread made by a local queen. Impressively moist. Yep, I said it. “Ate here on a Saturday morning with my son. We both got pancakes shared some sausage, eggs, and french fries ( my son's request. He's 4) The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The server was nice and I could tell they didn't want to overwhelm her. As you saw in other reviews, this place has some funny rules. Since we were very hungry, once she came over to take our drink orders we were ready to get the kitchen started on our food. I started to place the order for our food and the server stopped me and said that another table that came in before us hasn't ordered yet. And that it would be fair to wait. I didn't like this at all but the other table placed their order immediately after so it wasn't too bad. I'm gonna wait until they fix some staffing and operations issues before I go back, even though the food was good.“

“If you're looking for a little greenery with your caffeine then this spot is for you! It's a tight cozy space but lots of plants everywhere and an area in the back with a skylight. Outside the shop is also plenty of seating, it's a nice street with shopping and there are often additional vendors on the weekends. They have your usual basic drinks but some creative drinks as well including an espresso tonic and a cold brew palmer. I noticed they also have some additional flavors depending on the month. I ordered a maple latte with an extra shot and I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a quad shot instead of 3 shots. Although the drink was a little too hot at first it was still good. I would definitely go back to try some other menu items.“

“This is a really cute tiny spot right across the metro on Flower Street. The inside is very minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. I did hear a lot of wonderful things about their matcha but sadly they were out for the day, which is okay it happens; I'll definitely be back for it! The owner was super sweet and a very helpful guy. All the menu items come with oat milk automatically, which is cool- you can always substitute with another milk except for the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. I got the two best selling coffees which was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch + G Spot - I loved the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one it was perfectly flavored, but the G Spot one I had to toss as it was sooooooo sweet it was like drinking sugar; but Im sure that can be pleasant for sweet tooths so I'm not judging! The menu is super extensive so Im pretty sure there is something for everyone to love! Pricing is very high up there, but Im also not going to judge on that as cost of goods are flying through the roof for restaurant industries as well. Overall pretty good :)“

“This cafe shares a space with the lobby of kodo hotel, and is beautiful Japanese minimalism at its peak. That being said, it must get slow because both the lobby reception and cafe barista were looking bored and on their devices when I stepped in. It was a bummer that they were already out of pastries to not have a little sweet something to accompany my usual espresso, so I opted for an oat cortado which was lovely. The coffee and ambiance in their mini outside patio was nice.“

“We stopped here for coffee and dessert, the place is a bit old and needs to be cleaned and dusted, in general the restaurant is cozy, there are only three tables inside but more seating is available outside, but if you stay outside be prepared to smell smoking or weed from people passing by. We ordered Expresso and sweet bread, the coffee was really good and the bread was okay, not really amazing, lots of pictures on the wall from famous people, specially Jeni Rivera, but this area is dirty and definitely should be cleaned.The restroom is clean and lots of free parking is available.“

“I have been a regular customer at Nice for at least five years. Getting my morning coffee here is always a treat, both for the impeccable coffee and for the customer service. The staff is warm, and the vibe is always light, even though they are working hard. They're located in a busy plaza in DTLA. They receive all kinds of customers and treat everyone well, and efficiently fulfill orders. I cannot speak more highly of Nice, the coffee, and the people that work there.“

Fairly packed at around noon, especially on weekends (come earlier or later, it's open until 1:30 PM). The food is quite good. Maybe not spectacular, but still better than average. I had the California Chicken Sandwich, which comes with bacon, avocado slices, and iceberg lettuce. Everything was fresh and tasty. I would have preferred a plumper chicken breast (the kind "Paul's" serves on Cerritos and Knotts) instead of more smashed meat, but that's down to personal preference. My wife had the breakfast burrito, and it was quite good.“

“This place is adorable! It's very small but we went during the day, so it moved rather quickly. Everything was pink and decorated really cute. Totally Instagram worthy. The parking sucks. But I guess that's anywhere in LA. But the restaurant is decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a brunch. We order the tacos and they were delicious. We also got the chips and salsa the sauces very flavorful. A little spicy, but nowhere near as spicy as the red and green sauce for the tacos. Ohhh those are hot lol. The service was great.
