“It is such a beautiful little place. It has a cozy atmosphere. The food was fabulous. We had a party of 13. We had a wide range of delicious food. Lamb ..Chicken Filet Mignon.. Mussels .. Prawns... Sausage . with pastas spinach mashed potatoes green peppers it was all just so good. I totally recommend“

“Love.this.place.100% AWESOME! From the moment we walked in, we felt like guests in a welcoming place, after a long day of appointments, we were in search of refuge in the form of chips and salsa, a stiff drink and maybe a plate of nachos before an hour long trek back home to SF. We had the street tacos, rice and beans with chips and salsa. Delicious is an understatement! If you want awesome food, a nice place to eat, indoors or out, OR you prefer street side at a table to people watch, indoors for air conditioning, or there's ALSO - the back courtyard with shade and privacy, plenty of seating, fans for hot days or heat lamps for cold nights... THIS PLACE ROCKS! I may regret telling people how awesome this place is but it needs to be recognized. We are picky. This is only my 2nd review...EVER. Thank you, 709 <3 Joel and Heather“

“Nice little neighborhood bar in downtown Benicia off first street. Open pretty late but still closes earlier than 2am. They have late night eats, TVs, and a happy hour menu. The bartenders were friendly and helped us with our drinks and their food menu didn’t look bad. Both indoor and outdoor space. Parking isn’t too hard as there is plenty of street parking around this area. Their starburst, gummy bear, and green tea shots during happy hour are $5 and pretty tasty and sweet.“

“Character's offers a pretty complete menu along with specials at very reasonable prices. You have to eat to drink which is fine as it's the smart thing to do. Come check out their specials and the "hot older chicks"... hahahaha“
“Amazing place. Amazing people. I was staying in the area and wanted to go to a good local bar. Everyone I met there were friendly and chatty. The bartenders were awesome to. I had a really great time here and I hope to stay in the area again soon to go back, if you’re in a motel close. Check this place out!“
“Bartenders are great and very friendly! They are on it to serve more drinks and very attentive! Been coming every evening. Highly recommend ! Police station near by but never any problems there ! Patrons friendly as well make you feel at home! Not to mention the drinks have better prices than any bar in town

“So recently I got to experience the soft opening of Bentleys upstairs bar inside of the Market and Main store.Needless to say the place was amazing, from the tasty mixed drinks to the outstanding staff and stylish decor.I will definitely look forward to coming here and enjoying drinks with friends. “OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“My wife and I dropped into La Ezkina recently to try a restaurant we have not visited previously. The place was completely empty when we walked in and the workers seemed thrilled to have customers. Our service was excellent and the food was good but it was such a bummer to see nobody else there. It must be so hard to run a restaurant these days. The bar completely dominates the middle of the restaurant and I found it distracting. In a way, it’s not clear if they want to be a bar or a restaurant. I’m sure I’ll be back at some point. Hopefully others will try it too.

“Totally worth the drive to fish and see Barbara when they open for lunch.. Barbara is totally awesome. Cash only don't worry. There is ATM in the back. Large food and alcohol selection. We had no problems finding a seat on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of amazing outside seating looking at the lake. Side note my friend comes here occasionally and fishes on the straight. He took me here today and we almost caught a Sturgeon together.“

“What a beautiful place. Angela went above & beyond to squeeze in 3 of us to see a great band, Grooveline. The food was outstanding and the drinks had a punch. Our server Barbara was amazing. The place was packed & she was really running all night yet had a fun, pleasant attitude. Everyone danced all night. Such a great vibe. I would definitely go again. “It was a beautiful Monday evening, perfect for dining al fresco. We were searching for a place with not only good food but also the right ambience, as so many outdoor spots can be spoiled by traffic noise or the distraction of pedestrians. This restaurant turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The back patio is a hidden gem—surrounded by trees, with one growing right through the deck beside our table. It created a peaceful, unique setting that made the meal feel special. The experience went beyond the setting, though. The service was warm and attentive, and the food and drinks were excellent from start to finish. Everything came together to make for an exceptional evening. We left feeling delighted and already know we'll be returning—this is a spot we plan to become regulars at.“

“My wife and I are both 100% Italian, so we know that Doppio Zero is the real deal. Love the pizzas, pastas and salads. The desserts are to die for. The staff is very warm & friendly, attentive and professional. We go there often, especially when we have special occasions and out of town guests. Grazie Doppio Zero!“

“Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, no wait. Great value for the price, lots of meat and appetizer options. Service was attentive in refilling our banchans and taking our next meat orders. I like their banchans, brisket, galbi and mini sesame balls.
The tables on the sides have the exhaust. We sat in the middle section and those didn’t have the exhaust. Also the stalls in the women’s bathroom are tight; barely any room to close the door. And the floor in the bathroom was super sticky.“
