“Ben Ben Hot Pot was the coziest hot spot experience I've had. I ordered the ox tail broth. It came with tender oxtail meat. There was a generous variety of ingredients to add and open access to tea and drinks. Our waitress knew just when to offer more broth and meats. The music was calm and the ascetic was clean and cozy. Great value at a low price, I will defiently be back !“

“Food was great and fresh. The tom yum soup base was excellent.

Service was typical considering the establishment. Dont expect them to ask you if you are enjoying your food or water refills. They just seat you and have you pay your bill. If you arent familiar with the format, it may be confusing how the service works as staff wasnt able to explain very well....

Cooks were observed to be on their phones in the kitchen and didn't wash their hands, GROSS. Food was tasty though.....

2 of the bowls were dirty when retrieved from the self serve area to build your bowl.

If I do return I will ceck for cleanliness of the serving bowls but other than that it was on OK experience“

“The meat quality is pretty good! Although there was a big party right before us so we had to wait for quite a bit after seated for food to be served, the dining experience was satisfying. I got the yuzu soup base, was quite refreshing. Would recommend to come early (around or before 6 pm) to avoid long waiting time.“

“We initially tried to come here on a Friday at 7 PM but there seemed to be a long wait so we decided to check it out on a Wednesday and we only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a table. This location was originally a Taco Bell, but I love the atmosphere there, friendly, good service and comforting food! It's a cozy place perfect for a cold wintry day to have your own little boiling hot pot of tasty broth and hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Hubby ordered the Lau Pork Bone Marrow and I had the Lau Oxtail. I ordered the Oxtail without the tripe, just more oxtail! The hot pot came out boiling with oxtail and beef balls. All I had to do was cook the egg noodles, taro, tofu, cabbage, veggies into the soup as there was plenty of delicious oxtail and meat balls in the delicious broth! Great for a bone chilling night! Next time I'd love to try the shaken beef!“

“Had the AYCE shabu shabu hot pot. The broth and sauces are really tasty,ore so than other spots I've gone to. Their meat portions are very generous and their premium pricing is worth the extra $4. I'd like to come back and try their steam pot next time, but would need to come with a big group of people because they sell those items a la carte.“

“Enjoyed the mala soup, the best part is that you get to choose your own veggies and meat which is ordered by weight. You get a huge metal bowl and put in all the food you want. You can weigh the bowls anytime and it's a 1 pound minimum. They offer stir fry and soup versions, I preferred the stir fry over the soup. I got the 0.5 medium spicy which was not spicy enough, I'd definitely go the next level and get 1.0 spicy next time!“

“Our daughter is obsessed with soup dumplings which we found at Fusion Dumpling. The traditional pork were great, but try the black truffle and wagyu soup dumplings. You won't be disappointed!“

“My partner and I went here for a date.♡ We absolutely loved the experience! Service was amazing, and so was the food. We rushed because we didn't know there wasn't a time limit. 😅😂 At the end of service we received our dessert, and left with our broth.. and the itis! We slept SOO GOOD. Lol.“

“Jong Ga House is the real deal if you’re looking for an authentic Korean meal. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the entire experience felt genuine and welcoming.

We tried quite a few dishes, and there were some definite standouts. The bulgogi was amazing, tender and packed with flavor. We also really liked the spicy pork, which had a great balance of heat and flavor. The hot pot bibimbap was another hit, arriving sizzling hot with that wonderful crispy rice developing along the bottom.

The kalbi had excellent flavor, although the meat was a little chewier than I would have liked. I’m also a fan of Korean BBQ cooked over charcoal, so I would have preferred charcoal grills to the gas grills they use here. There’s just something about that smoky charcoal flavor that takes Korean BBQ to another level.

Those are relatively minor complaints, though. Overall, we had a great meal with plenty of dishes we’d happily order again. Great food, wonderful service, and an authentic experience. Definitely a place I’d return to.“

“The food was really good, we got the tomato base hot pot. I don’t know what people are saying about the quality of the meats and seafood, but I really liked the shrimp and Australian lamb. The only thing was that there was only one waiter. Other than that there was no wait time and overall HotPot Champ was really good.“

“After a late night adventure, we needed some good chinese food. This place was open until 3 am. We arrived at 2 am. They openly greeted us and seated us. We ordered a whole bunch of food. One master chef cooked up a storm and dished it all out in time. I thought it was just gonna be basic late night chinese food but surprisingly, it was done very well. All my friends had a good meal and they were also satisfied. Thank you to the chef and the waitress. 👍👍“
