“My experience was great. I was greeted with a warm Welcome. I was assisted by a young lady. I believe her name was Maria. I felt her warmness and provided great customer service. I was also impressed by how clean the lady room was very clean. My subs look like a piece of artwork.“

“The regular pastrami sandwich is HUGE and at the time of this review, about $12. The whole role and succulent meat must have weighed about a pound. The pastrami was not too salty or fatty and pretty tender, like properly cooked pastrami should be. We ordered a small fries (my lesson was learned the last time I came when I ordered a large onion rings and got a literal sackfull) and that was enough for two people. The place is good value and definitely on my list for a quick return.“

They take orders through the kiosk and app, no phone or in person orders. Plastic only! Cashless society much? I don't recommend them based on my experience yesterday with Corey. So I accidentally ordered 3 subs instead of 2, and I tried to call to void the order. Because I was unable to hear him clearly, he has the nerve to get nasty and curse at me. That's no way you treat a customer! I asked if I would be charged for the voided sub, and I only asked to be sure. Negative experience! Corey has a lot to learn in keeping his composure and not lose his cool. He can't even act professional, instead he acts immature. I hope their business fails, they aren't worth the drive.“

“Finally got to come here after I’ve recommended it to at least 3 friends who have tried it and loved it! I was not disappointed! They have an awesome menu with yummy choices you don’t find at every restaurant in town. Healthier options that you feel good about eating. Their service is outstanding as well. Ryane helped me and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Also, the young lady who delivered our food to us on the patio was super sweet to our pooches. 🐶“

“Thought this was gonna be some overpriced panera type place. It was actually very tasty and the food was high quality. The heirloom BLT and the goat cheese salad was 100% worth the price. Pesto pasta was pretty good too. Ill likely be back again. Theres very limited parking and seating though so keep that in mind.“

She’s patient, respectful, and actually listens to how you want your sandwich made. “This was genuinely the best experience I've ever had at any fast food place I didn't catch his name but He was a little chubby, not to be rude and he had a little bit of a beard I wanna say, I work at Autozone pretty close to it. I went on my lunch break. “When I arrived after a 3 hour trip, I washed my hands in the bathroom, and came out to find a man in line waiting for service with his young son. I happily waited behind the two and while they did wait a moment to be helped, the man was immediately rude to the staff insisting “now that they’ve made me wait” he’s going to customize an order instead of whatever his previous plan was. One staff began helping prepare their order and the other staff asked to assist me with mine. When that happened the man snapped and demanded that staff attend to his son’s order instead. The staff explained that they are being helped but this man wanted everyone to listen to him raise his voice even more into what I can only describe as an air raid horn, yelling at the girl who was going to make my order. When I saw the staff’s explanations and situational management weren’t resolving this man’s attitude, I suggested the girl just make this son’s order instead of mine. The man had already begun spiraling demanding that he speak to a manager and report these staff and I explained to the man that there’s no reason because they are all going to tend to his orders first. He continued to rebuke these efforts and while he was encouraged to calm down and refrain from berating everyone in the Subway, as he proceeded to rope me into the situation, his son turned away to avoid looking at the situation or his father’s overreactions. While this man continued to laugh and scream like a pterodactyl the staff remained calm and composed while still trying to tend to this order. When the man ultimately decided that this location wasn’t getting his business, he turned his focus from getting the manager’s contact information to personally verbally attacking both the staff and me. From the way he acted to the way he carried himself I know this is the kind of person with an incredible amount of trauma to heal from on a journey I don’t think he’s yet afforded to travel. We are all ordering Subway. No one is above another. No one ever deserves to be spoken down to and the example set for a younger generation does more harm than an order not being received. He was right. He doesn’t deserve this Subway. But when he does, it’ll be delicious. And served fairly for all to enjoy.“

“I love love LOVE the staff there so friendly and welcoming and patient, the food is always good the staff is always on top of it and is always clean, maybe a change of music here and there but otherwise a wonderful experience, i truly consider this subway the best. AND the location is so convenient while your shopping may it be grocery shopping, thrifting, or anything you can do it with a sandwich in hand.“
