10 Best Bakeries in Brea

“The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

“Great Customer Service. Sylvia and her crew understand CS. Just go“

“They never raise their prices due to the so-called inflation, and they never shrunk their products and the quality is exactly the same as always, and the employees don’t give you attitude, always pleasant❤️“

“Super friendly. When I’m in town again, I will be back.“

“I visit 85 Degrees on a daily basis with my kids and we get drinks and pastries. In my younger days I worked in customer service at the Ritz Carton, a 5 Diamond Resort, so I'm very picky. I notice some of your workers make your coffees better than other workers. We visit several of your locations, but today we were at the Chino Hills store. Jesse McKinon stood out to us today, for we received outstanding service and excellent coffee. Thank you for the wonderful experience.Best Regards and keep up the good work 85,Kristine McKinleyP.S. Brandon usually makes our coffee and he is exceptional as well. He is also from the Chino Hills location, but I recall previously seeing him at your Azusa location as well. I'm so glad he is still with you.“

“Very nice place to get baked goods and cakes. The baked goods were delicious they had a great donut and croissant selection. The cake was good and looks great just wasn’t the best as far as flavor goes. The service here was good very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked this place. They do discounted baked goods at the end of the night so come in if you want to grab some of the baked goods that are left at the end of the day for a great price. I’d recommend coming here.“
