“I recently visited Specialty’s Cafe & Bakery in San Francisco for a quick breakfast, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cafe features Peet’s Coffee, which makes for a perfect start to the day. I opted for takeout and ordered a Cafe Mocha and the spinach mushroom sandwich, both of which were delicious and fresh. The self-checkout system was incredibly convenient, making the ordering process seamless. The indoor seating area is comfortable, with a great ambiance for both quick stops and longer visits. If you have time, the walk around the bay just outside is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful escape with beautiful views. A fantastic spot for a quick bite or to linger longer—highly recommend!“

“I usually don’t write reviews, especially when I’m not sure about a restaurant’s consistency, but this place absolutely deserves it. The sushi here is phenomenal—I’ve had sushi in my home country, in San Francisco, and even at high-end Omakase restaurants, but the rolls here, especially the Warriors Roll, are honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered sushi from this place, and I’ve even recommended it to my roommate.
The service is just as amazing as the food. The staff are attentive and genuinely kind—when I mentioned I didn’t want ice water, they immediately brought me a warm glass of water, which really made me feel cared for.

“Likely the best value in the FiDi for a quick breakfast. I got the Huevos Rancheros ($8.95) add Bacon (+$3). I ordered it through Toast and picked it up. My coffee was made fresh when I got there so it would still be HOT!

The Huevos were delicious! Two eggs, both red and green salsa (one on each), black beans, and a bit of cheese. It was the perfect amount and was delicious. A hint of spice from the salsas, the eggs were well seasoned and the tortillas still crispy.

I'll be swinging by here more often than my usual bagel place in the future!“

“I really enjoyed the falafel bowl, ingredients were very fresh, flavor and texture were great, portion was substantial - I had it as a big late lunch but it probably would be sufficient as most of a dinner. “Total hidden gem in SF. It’s low key and does take out only, but don’t let that fool you, this place rivals SF’s finest establishments. I moved in a few blocks down the street and have been ordering take out almost every day as I unpack. I’ve tried the chicken hummus plate, meatball and rice plate, and the Beyran Soup. Literally each dish was 5/5 amazing. The soup was the best soup I’ve ever had in my life. Super rich flavor, but not overly salty. Just right. Honestly these folks should turn into a full fledged restaurant.“
