“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

They added candles to the cake that I was unaware of and I am so thankful for them making her feel special during this pandemic. The staff is very polite and friendly! “Great macarons that I didn't feel were priced outrageously (they're never cheap anywhere). They all came individually packaged. We got an assortment of them to try, and they were all great. The standout for me was the smores (?) one, that was covered in shaved chocolate. It was fantastic. The oreo cheesecake was a close runner up, for me. Overall, highly recommended. It was a great little treat for us on our way home from Disneyland.“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“I had quite a delightful bowl of ice cream from this establishment. I ordered the strawberry blonde but with Sweet Cream ice cream instead of Strawberry. I was by far the first in my group to finish their ice cream and it was only because I could not stop taking bites. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such an amazing experience!“

“My friend and I dropped by for some ice cream at around 8 PM on a Friday. It's a pretty small location, and at that time, it was not crowded at all, and the service was quick. On the wall, it said 6.99 for a small, but it seems like we were charged around 5.99 instead ( which is still expensive, in my opinion, but I suppose that's the state of our economy. It's better than paying 7 bucks at least ^_^ ). There are a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got the cheesecake flavor with graham crackers. It was a good combination. There's outdoor seating available in this area. Overall, it's a good place for a quick, cool treat.“

“The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. “On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“
