“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“After having dinner in the same plaza and trying to satisfy our sweet tooth, we were on the hunt for nearby dessert. While you see more of the gas station / car wash that they are near, we saw the Honeymee sign and searched for the window to order. It's more near the side of the intersection, so if you see the gas station, just keep walking towards the striped awnings.

I had a hard time deciding because I wanted the honeycomb, but also wanted matcha and the coffee milkshake sounded good too. I ended up picking the matcha affogato ($6.50). It's not that large a cup, so it was easy for me to finish. The matcha is light and even though it's called an affogato, there's no coffee at all. It was more satisfying than other desserts in the plaza, so there's that. Next time I would want to try the coffee milkshake as my friend pronounced multiple times how good it was!

They have some covered tables outside for seating and you order by the window. If it gets hot, I can see it be a bit uncomfortable. Plenty of parking in the plaza.“

“This is a very cute outdoor drink spot inside of an outdoor mall. There is a large parking structure connected. My daughter got a mango smoothie that she said was every bit of fresh and delicious. The staff serving drinks was kind. We enjoyed have refreshments and great for a quick stop in between shopping.“

“We take our kids here after school sometimes for a treat. The workers are always very friendly. I love the numerous flavors they have, which they rotate often enough to keep us coming back for more.

For my daughter's bday we decided to order an ice cream cake because not everyone likes cake. WOW!! The cake baker did a phenomenal job. Everyone had so many compliments and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. We'll be back in 2 weeks for the next bday! We'll done. Highly recommend. I wish I would have taken a close up of just the cake. It was beautiful.“

“They have a great selection of smoothies, popsicles and other treats. Unfortunately, I am stuck enjoying their strawberry banana smoothie every time I go. That's more of a brag than a complain though. Either way you will find something you will like there.“

“A great place to get your sweet tooth fixing! We took our Apple pie from Knott’s Berry Kitchen and stopped here to get some ice cream with it. There are many things to order here and a Starbucks right next door. Order a cup or cone of ice cream and enjoy!??“

“After dinner, my daughter introduced me Overflo . This is trendy eatery inside the Source OC offering grab-and-go waffles, and ice cream.
We ordered matcha ice cream, I was expecting a full matcha soft ice cream, not a matcha topping on a white ice cream. For the price, it should be a real full matcha but maybe it’s the way is it for this place . The cup is kind of small, but great for sharing if you're not up for eating the whole thing after dinner .
Great service, the girl at the counter was helpful and sweet.
