“This is my first stop when coming home to visit! My family has enjoyed these pastries since as long as I can remember. Some of my favs are the guava cheese strudel, picadillo empanadas, and their famous potato balls. Looking forward to my next visit, love watching the make window. 😋”

“Had to come here to share how incredible the staff is at this Jinya Ramen. Every single person went the extra mile, goes to show how little details in service can add so much to the experience. I walked in starving at 9pm and was clearly a little short with the servers. Despite that, they were gracious and warm - give them all a raise!

My only criticism is perhaps lowering the volume on the music front (or even switching genres to something more easy listening) as this is a hindrance in the otherwise lovely atmosphere with the fire pit.

Excited to go back and be treated wonderfully by the staff as I enjoy another delicious meal at Jinya Burbank.”

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!”

After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. “This was my first time at Artelis Patisserie, and I came in without knowing what to order. I asked for recommendations, and the person at the counter was genuinely passionate and took the time to walk me through their pastries and macarons — which I really appreciated.

I’m usually skeptical of French pastries in LA, but I trusted the recommendation and ordered Lé Peanut. It was beautifully executed and very well balanced — not overly sweet, with clearly defined layers. The tempered chocolate finish was done properly: glossy, crisp, and clean.

I also tried the Napoleon, and it was excellent. The puff pastry was caramelized, crisp, and not soggy, with a rich vanilla flavor that felt intentional rather than sugary.

I picked up two macarons as well, and they were surprisingly good — crisp shells, soft interior, and well-made fillings. The milk chocolate Earl Grey had a clear tea note, and the milk chocolate passion fruit was a great sweet-and-tart combination.

Everything I tried showed real technique and care. Beautiful packaging, warm service, and clearly a place that takes pastry seriously. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Norm's Avocado Bacon cheese burger is a must try. The bacons are not a thin sliced cheap stuff but thick and crispy with generous amount of avocado. I usually get the Double Avocado Bacon Cheese Burger. Very friendly environment. The beef patties are not frozen and have the right to be called a quarter pounder. Their breakfast burritos have been known for 40 years and have eggs, potato and cheese with different choices of meat. My favorites are bacon sausage combo and ham burrito. I always call 20 minutes ahead before pickup, because this place is always packed. Their prices are still unbelievably reasonable I don't know how they could keep the doors open.”

“The food here is absolutely unreal the breakfast burrito was a biblical experience. The owners are incredibly nice and genuinely care about making quality food. I would highly recommend the breakfast burrito as well the OTB cheesesteak. I would share a photo of the food but I already demolished all of it. Would recommend!”

“I was on my way to BUR and was a little early, so I was happy to find this little cafe with Wi-Fi and good caffeine options. It was perfect for what I needed: a quiet, welcoming environment to get some work done and some good coffee. I had a matcha and a latte and enjoyed their miso-caramel sweetener with both! I wish I lived nearby because I got the sense that they want you there; they take the time to learn your name and encourage you to use their WiFi. Great coffee and great hospitality. “Was craving a late-night latte and found Calidum on Yelp — so glad I did! It’s tucked in the corner with its own small parking lot, which made parking super easy. Inside is adorable, decorated with flowers like a little indoor garden. Cozy, inviting, and the pastry display totally pulls you in.

Service was great — the man behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My latte was delicious, and I’m already planning to come back to try their pastries next time. So happy to have discovered a new spot in the area!”

“I was in town for work and went to Taco Azteca because of the high rating and it was open later than most of the other restaurants around my hotel. I was immediately frustrated walking in because the menu is so not helpful. No prices on it and it's incomplete. You have to look at the dozen other signs on the walls to figure out what they sell and how much some things are. So i was skeptical going in. But my God, their steak tacos are some of the best i have ever had. Such good, rich adobo-like flavor. So delicious. They really need to update their menu, especially for visitors like me who've never been to Taco Azteca before, but i will definitely eat here again next time I'm in the area, despite my frustrations with their menu”
