Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! “This is a small restaurant, it was our firts time, delicious, we ordered tje beef empanadas and spinach with three cheese, simple and delicious they will ask the sauce you would like, of course chimichurri. I do recommend this place, before going back home, I'll be back to delight more empanadas 😀“

“I stopped by their cafe this weekend and just had to share! I got their chilaquiles and they were so good! The cashier, Carla, recommended them along with a chai latte, an excellent combo 👌 She seems to know the menu very well and explained several times when I had questions. Very polite. “I ordered off of Doordash for pick up and was slightly confused. This place is a little difficult to find if you’re not sure where you’re going. The pick up for bad-ass breakfast burritos is inside of Dog Haus on N Hollywood Way. There is signage outside and it makes it very obvious.
The bartender was the only one I saw when I walked in. She greeted me with a huge smile and could tell by my confusion that I was there for a pick up. She pointed me in the right direction.
The burritos themselves were delicious. Huge portion, no skimping on ingredients, and very, very fresh. We ordered the chimichanga burrito and the Haus burrito. The modifications selected online were accurately taken which I very much appreciated.“

“One of the World Cup games was playing on a Saturday, still saw a table in around half an hour. The food was reallyyyy good (i recommend the carnitas nachos for sure) and our server, Alom, answered questions almost INSTANTLY it almost seemed to defy human processing speed, he checked in on us with fair regularity despite the full house, and he very decisively made recommendations on whether to get bone in or boneless wings (bone-in practically melted off the bone, phenomenally recommended).“

Understandably so, given our big party, it took close to about 45 mins wait until we were seated since we occupied about 4 square size tables. Everyone enjoyed their choice of menu selection. We ordered Biscuit Beignets (shareable), lobster omelette as well as a side order of loaded bacon- every bite just leaves you hanging for more. As far as noise level, it’s your traditional type of dine-in service restaurant. Great service from our server, she was very attentive after all the hustle and bustle! We decided to stay at Hotel Burbank during this quick weekend visit to make sure we can hit this place up at least 2x :D“

“After landing in Burbank each time, I often eat at a different restaurant. It was my first time ever coming to the Lancers. It certainly gives me that mom and pop, old school diner vibe. It was pretty quiet since I was there quite early, no wait to be seated. Service was great, food came out quickly and very good. It has now definitely been added to my list for the future.“

“Loave this Denny's. We stayed down the road at Safari Inn from the UK and this was our local. Staff are so friendly. Fatema the manager was so lovely and took the time to welcome us and chat. She asked us about our family & travels and was really interested in our conversation. We have been to many Denny's in the USA and this one is the best. Food is delicious, fresh and served by robots (which we've never seen) and servers.“

The pizza slices are so massive and the smoothies/mocha freeze Are are really satisfying. Good place to stave off hunger when you’re shopping at Costco. Ample seating.“
