“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

“This place should be a 5 star. My wife and I come for breakfast mostly, the food and service are top par. (Our decision) we tip the waitress/waiter and also the floater that is constantly making sure you never run out of coffee or any other needs.
Today we can for lunch and man was it the best. We brought our young kids and they loved it.
We love the fresh food all the time, their prices are amazingly better than others, given this economy. Food is always well cooked and again FRESH.
Our favorite place.

• 2 empanadas
• 1 soup or salad
• can of soda
I tried the beef and spinach+cheese empanadas. Both were good, my favorite was spinach & cheese- creamy and flavorful. I tried the lentil soup, not bad but not my favorite and will pass next time and stick to just empanadas.“

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was great.

I have food allergies and they were able to accommodate me without issue. Our server, a young woman originally from Louisiana, was friendly, funny, and attentive. The indoor/outdoor vibe was spot on for a beautiful day.

The food itself was very good and just the right amount. The beer selection was varied to fit most tastes. The prices for both were in line with a mid-range restaurant in Burbank.

Being in downtown Burbank, parking was challenging for us. Even with a handicapped card I had to park over two blocks away. That was not fun but it was the same for all restaurants and shops in the area and not just Finney's - something to be aware of if you're going downtown.

I would gladly return when I'm in the area again.“

“Visiting from out of town. Ate here twice during our week long trip. Food was delicious! Service on both days was good, but our 1st day the server was amazing. Both times went with 4-6 people. Everyone loved their meal. A plus they have a free parking garage/lot. Highly recommend eating here!“

Perfect if you're visiting alone as they have plenty of seats at the bar with access to a full menu and enjoy a live sports game. Their service is excellent! Very efficient. “I play pool league at Champs and love it! It's so well liked by pool players there is actually a wait list for teams to play here! Great bar for sports, karaoke on the weekend, fairly cheap drinks- convenient for Burbank and NoHo locals, easy street parking... so happy to have Champs as a neighborhood bar!

Previously went to the one in Westfield Century City in West LA but sadly they closed on that location which I had good friends there before which the names were Violleta, Monica, and Martha as server friends. Hopefully I'll visit the location in Burbank soon as well as meeting new servers as well.“

“We came to grab something to eat before we headed to the airport. Perfect spot to visit, plenty of TVs in a relaxed atmosphere....baseball, golf, horse racing.
Any salad can be made into a wrap, and my greek salad wrap was fresh and delicious! I saved half for my flight home! The order of chips and guacamole was a great portion for one or to share. Plus it was a perfect addition to my Greek wrap! Will definitely be back next time we are in town!“
