“We celebrated our holiday dinner party at Rusti Kitchen Calabasas with our entire staff, and we were extremely happy with the service, food, ambiance, and overall experience. We arrived a bit early, and the owners kindly seated us at the bar and offered complimentary drinks while our table for 20 was being prepared. Throughout the evening, they checked in with us to make sure everything was taken care of.

Our staff loved everything that was served buffet-style—salmon, pasta, salads, pizza, vegetables, chicken, and a delicious dessert. We never felt rushed and truly felt at home, which made the night even more special. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend Rusti Kitchen. “We used the place for a scene in a film. The place was really impressive. As a musician I usually find it hard to play gigs in smaller spaces. But this place is modern and updated. The stage is nice with plenty of room for a drum kit and still move around. They have nice stage lighting and an overall good musical club vibe. I will definitely book shows at this club for my band. It is a great spot for live shows.“

“This was my first time here. The valet price wasn’t insanely expensive. Upon walking in, I literally felt like I was in an LA (proper) hotspot. It was busy, thus a bit loud; but it went with the vibe of the restaurant. (Good thing, not a negative one.) It looks like a great place for first dates, date night, girls night out… Maaaybe not for for families with little kids. I work with children and I adore them, however I suggest getting a sitter for the night so everyone can enjoy the ambience. The service was amazing, Mary was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with suggestions. Everyone at the table loved their dishes, there were zero complaints. Our friend’s daughter works there and was able to pop out to say hello and goodbye. I cannot wait to go back and try everything else on the menu.“

“I stopped here to watch the Dodgers World Series game 1. This is the local dive bar, the crowd was loud but the Dodgers had a walkoff home run so I was expecting some noise. Pool table was old school, only a quarter to play with a chalkboard of who’s next. I had a fun evening and the lady behind the bar bought me a beer, how often does that ever happen. A five star evening for me!“

Quick with a smile, sharper with a comeback, and she’s got this charm that makes you wonder if she’s mixing drinks or just straight-up magic. I came in for a cocktail and left wondering how someone can make bartending look that good.

“I’ve been coming to this spot since it was the Celtic Raven, and I happened to walk in on Chela’s Cantina during its soft launch. I’ve been a regular ever since day one. The owner is phenomenal, and the crowd it attracts is just as great! friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes.

There’s always something to do here: enjoy music, grab some food and drinks, hop on karaoke, or play a round of pool. While the alcohol selection is smaller compared to bigger bars, it actually introduced me to wine spirits and gave me a new appreciation for trying something different.

If you’re looking for a small, local atmosphere with a strong sense of community, I highly recommend Chela’s Cantina. It’s truly a hidden gem!“

“Topanga Social has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Valley. We went to STK for dinner and had a fantastic time. The restaurant has a lively yet classy atmosphere that feels both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a special celebration or a casual night out.

The food at STK was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was prepared with care, and portion sizes were just right. From start to finish, the quality really stood out. Service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without hovering, answered all our questions, and kept everything moving at a great pace. Drinks, recommendations, timing—it all felt effortless, which made the evening that much more enjoyable.

After dinner, we went to the movie theatres at Topanga Social, and that was the perfect way to round out the night. The theatres were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The reclining seats were a highlight, and the sound and screen quality were excellent. It was easy to relax and enjoy the movie without a single distraction.

What I love most about Topanga Social is that it combines everything in one place—great dining, entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. It feels like a destination rather than just a stop, and that makes it special. STK delivered on all fronts, and the theatres added an extra touch that made the whole evening memorable.

“Great atmosphere and friendly service! I don’t make it to this area often, but when I do I make sure to bring friends to experience the vibe. Fans of Alice and Wonderland or The Matrix will dig it, but anyone who wants to experience a surreal bar is in for a treat!“

“Live bands every night they're open. Lots of happy regulars, visitors from far & wide, and frequent birthday parties etc. Crowded on weekends. 2 pool tables. Small parking lot, so mostly street parking in the neighborhood. But it's really about the dancing, and the dance floor is usually completely full. They have good beginner line dance lessons on Wed, Thu, & Sun. But no partner lessons, which is a shame because after the lessons and all weekend, partner dancing dominates the floor. Beginning women will find ready older partners to lead them, but absolute beginner guys who don't bring their own practice partner will usually be spectators, with line dances few and far between. I wish they brought in serious partner lessons a couple times a week, especially for the leads.“

“They are by far the best steak I have ever had. We went there on a whim and they were booked but found a cute table for us by the fire. It was the most memorable meal with my husband. We are eternally grateful for the experience and service we received.“

“I've been riding my bike here since the early 70's. Even back then it was a biker hangout on weekends but most especially on Sundays. Now days it still is but a whole lot bigger.
You'll see every kind of bike here on a Sunday. From choppers, to dressers, to crotch rockets, to enduros, mopeds and even rocket propelled bikes that Jay Leno sometimes rides here on.
The canyons here are my favorite. While I no longer drag my knees through the turns as I use to, I still enjoy cruising on them.
Please be careful and stay well inside your lane when riding here because it is a race track on Sundays and as such you'll see other riders often times drifting outside their lanes and coming right at you at a high rate of speed. Also keep an eye behind you as you'll have others trying to pass you. I advice you stay out of their way, and let them by. Unless of course you're racing in which case they'd have to work their way past me.
Bottom line is I highly recommend any biker to visit this place at least once in their life. Definitely something that should be on your bucket list.“
