“They aren't kidding that this is a "local favorite". Everything we ordered was delicious and they were quite accommodating about me bringing my own, local wine. They also have an impressive business model worthy of support! I'm going back here next week! <3“

“Truss and Believe 😍 • We are staying at the BEAUTIFUL Four Seasons Napa Valley and caught lunch at their restaurant Truss. Highly recommend everything we have tried over the past week but I’ll narrow down some for this post 🤭. From the views overlooking the TWO pools to the villas scattered amongst actual grape vines, everything was perfection. For bites, we got the Salmon, Truffle Fries, Tuna Crudo & Mezzi Rigatoni. Chefs kiss on everything ordered 🤌🏻 But we can’t forget about the cocktails, riiiight?! We chose Pick Me Up (tweak espressotini), Fennel Wears Prada, Smokey the Pear and Spring is Here. All superb and full of flavor 😋 • If you ever get a chance to come to Napa Valley and stay at the Four Seasons Calistoga, don’t skip out on Truss. Truss and Believe me, you won’t regret any choice here 😍“

“A true 5 star experience! Rooms are very comfortable, location is perfect, and the staff are wonderful! Only suggestion would be to add a place to hang clothes, and put a tv in each room. Price is affordable for the area. Don’t be afraid of the shared bathrooms. Toilets and showers are completely private and there is a sink in each room. Highly recommended. Listing says breakfast is free. That is incorrect. However, they do offer free coffee and scones in the lobby. Check out Cafe Sarafornia for breakfast. You won’t be disappointed! Four minute walk from hotel.“

“I had the best ceviche I ever had on our visit on November 6, 2025. It was stunningly presented and contained a lot of very fresh seafood not all of which I can remember, but it was presented in a coconut sauce with dots of green oil (pumpkin maybe) and topped with a baked or fried slice of plantain balanced on top. There were also nasturtium leaves placed around the ceviche and it was beautiful to look at as well as eat. I followed up with stuffed roasted quail, also beautifully presented and prepared and my husband and I both finished with a delicious passionfruit cheesecake. My husband had little pieces of lamb filets with a variety of vegetables for his main course, roasted to pink perfection and again the presentation couldn't have been more appealing. Most of the greens and the mini peppers and tomatoes we saw growing in the huge vegetable garden all around the restaurant and the Culinary Institute. We were also grateful that the professor who was in charge of that particular evening's students (I think he was their hospitality prof) made it possible for us to have dinner there that very evening, even though the restaurant was fully booked. Kudos to the students of the CIA. They are certainly set up for a successful career in hospitality and, of course kudos to their teachers. Bravo!“

Everything on it was wonderful and the fried chicken was delicious 👨🏻🍳💋We will definitely come back for dinner…compliments to Marco at the bar as well. He was attentive and engaging and a pleasure to have as our first point of contact. The company, and Marco’s attentiveness has us planning on a return visit for dinner soon!“

“STICKY PIG EARS!!!! You must get them! If you google it, goose and gander is the first result. They were so good we got a second order for dessert. I wish they were open for lunch. The other food was really good too.

“Eddie's kitchen, the food was excellent. I had chicken alfredo and a desert to die for. It was the chef favorite dessert. Eddie Jr. was very polite and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I love Eddie's kitchen. I will go there again if ever in Santa Rosa.“

“Fabulous plant-based breakfast spot. Owners are courteous and gracious and all hands on. Freshly made pumpkin bread/muffin was absolutely delicious and moist and a huge portion that suited two for just $8. Run, don’t walk, to this great spot.“

“This is the best picture I’ve taken of a meal anywhere. The food was sooooo good that I couldn’t take a “before” picture, only an “after”. This was grilled avocado. I didn’t even know one could grill an avocado, nor did I know that an avocado could be improved on. Now I know. 😋“

“This place is great. Delicious food, lots of vegetarian options (including a Beyond Burger. So happy when I can get protein). The patio is lovely with music, TVs, shade and dog-friendly. Service is always super prompt and friendly. And kid friendly!“
“Its a cute little bakery, I think the opportunity to try student prepared food is awesome and a great experience for both customer and students.
Today I got a cheddar bacon scones and the apple cider donut cupcake. I think this was the fluffiest scones I've ever had, usually scones are hard crumbly and a mess to eat. This was extremely pleasant. Though, while eating it, each bite was a bit different; a couple bites were fine then towards the end it became a bite of either pure salt flavor or pure pepper flavor. While I dont mind either sensation together, individually as mouthfuls was a bit much for breakfast.
I dont usually do donuts, but I liked the idea of a fusion bite. Very moist and bouncy with each bite. I like how much apple I could taste and it wasnt the super sugar fake apple flavor. The sugar coating is a tad messy but was fine, personally I think eating a plain one would have been more up my alley but if you like sugar donuts you'll love this. I feel this item gave all the fun of the donut without the grease feeling and I appreciate that.
Took a Pic of the schedule and cant wait to try more goods! Thank you!“

“From the minute I made the reservation to the end of the night, owner Heidi was so helpful and made our family dinner so very memorable. With her suggestion we preordered some appetizers for our party of 12 which was seated in their private room. The table looked amazing when we arrived and the grill charcuterie boards and burrata were so delicious. Service was excellent and attentive. And finally dinner and dessert were delicious as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience at The Saint. When we're back in the area we will definitely spend another evening there.“

“Shout out to Chris the manager who went out of his way to accommodate us. We are Hyatt members and thought we could use our club access awards. Unfortunately this particular restaurant is its own identity and therefore they don’t allow you to use the awards. Chris however made an exception and allowed us to use them. It was a very busy day with a bit of a wait but we were really taken care of in an amazing way. Thank you!“

“Highly recommend making this a must stay place if you’re in the Sonoma area! The resort is so funky, fun and makes you feel special while you visit. The vibe at the Lazeaway Club is awesome. The food is mostly shareable bites, the cocktails were delicious. The DJ on Sunday by the pool left us wanting to stay longer! The best thing about the resort is the staff! Top notch and we can’t wait to visit soon:)“

“Solbar is a beautiful spot tucked into Napa Valley perfect for a relaxing, elevated lunch in between wine tastings. The setting is calm and peaceful, which we really appreciated. You could actually hear each other talk which is rare and refreshing these days.
I popped in with two girlfriends for a late lunch, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was warm, attentive, and helpful with the menu. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: the lettuce wraps were fresh and flavorful, the sourdough rolls with spinach dip hit the spot, and the fish tacos were light and delicious. We also shared drinks and the “Lite Lunch,” which was a fun way to sample a few things.
The only miss unfortunately a big one were the Solbar Nuggets. They came out overly greasy and just weren’t edible. None of us could get through them, and that was disappointing, especially at this price point. What left an even worse taste in our mouths (no pun intended) was that our server acknowledged the issue and wanted to comp them, but management refused. For a nearly $200 lunch, that lack of flexibility felt out of step with the rest of the experience.
Great service, beautiful setting, mostly solid food but that one moment really stuck us.“
