My wife and I picked up (to-go) enough chicken for two (two thighs and two legs), two sides, two salads, two churros, four tortillas and plenty of (fresh-made) sauces. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“Came here hungry after work and after reading reviews I decided to try it out cuz I was really craving chicken. It’s located INSIDE a gas station which kinda threw me off like Alice in wonderland style but the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They had my favorite Lemon pepper and Buffalo for my man (which turned out amazing) and I didn’t even have to wait long. 10/10“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“I went around 6pm and got a leg and thigh and biscuit. The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! I look forward to eating again! It is in a gas station so takeout only but this is some seriously good chicken!“

“June 26 2026 I frequent the location. Today they gave me fried chicken nugget instead of grilled. I specifically asked for grilled because I'm on a kidney friendly diet. The fries are high potassium but I watch my portion on them. I think I might just eat inside because you really can't confirm your order doing drive thru. I like the dragon pineapple syrup.“
