“Maia took my order in the drive-through and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice and demeanor that should be used for Starbucks if they ever use an AI order taker in their drive-through’s in the future. Maia’s voice was sincere when she inquired which drink choice I was contemplating, without any annoyance whatsoever. I cannot describe fully all the details of the dialogue except that it was calming, soothing, reassuring. Management/sales should key in on this quality for sure.“
“Reviewing on my 2nd time at this location. When I was here before the 2 men behind the counter didn't seem that friendly. The 2 ladies and 1 man working here today seem friendlier. Previously, the floor of the restroom was sticky. This time it's clean, but there is only 1 restroom open. My drinks both times were ok.
Parking: Big parking lot, some shade.“
“The staff here is absolutely above average! They are so kind and on top of everything. I'm normally here in the mornings and they go above and beyond. However, I come in the afternoon occasionally and they don't disappoint. Whoever the hiring manager is knows how to put together a great staff. Highly recommend this location.“
