“I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“I ordered the chicken pho at Lasam Pho in Citrus Heights and it was absolutely outstanding. I’m used to getting overcooked, dry chicken at most places, but theirs was the complete opposite, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with their richly seasoned broth, which really brought the whole dish together. You can tell they put care into the quality of their ingredients. Definitely one of the best chicken pho experiences I’ve had.“

“I've been coming here since their old location since 2002. I come for the food, and the sense that these are my "aunties" making the food. I don't know another place that sells pork belly banh mi, but here. If there is, I doubt it would fill up the sandwich as much as they do here. “Pho City is hands down the best Vietnamese Pho sopt in the greater Sacramento area. It's not just a cool restaurant to dine in, it's great if you want to take away your food as well. The beef pho is the best dish in my opinion, but the chicken soup/pho is just as good. The egg rolls are exceptional. This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I recommend to you figure out there. One minor knock is that it is the most excitement pho in Sacramento. But, it's worth every cent.“

“Came into this place on a whim but glad I did, because not only was the food great (and the prices were affordable) but it is family owned, for 35 years and it felt like stopping in to see an old friend-the server (owners son) was so delightfully fun to chat with and patiently helped me make the right choice as to what to try (I got the Com Chien/fried rice). Can't wait to go back and try the Cha Ca La Vong, and Bun Cha Dong Xuan which is their most popular dish. Also, ask about the Stockton Blvd. Passport that gets you 10% off. “Wonderful food order Beef rib pho even though there is little mix up but they fix it right away and even give us a beef ribs as a comp and Combination pho and had great customer service and very friendly. “10/12/2021 Recommend? Yes. Let's get straight to the point: BEST VEGAN BUN BO HUE. That's it. I'm Vietnamese and since my vegan journey of more than 2 years I haven't been able to find a satisfactory bun bo hue. My favorite ones ever have always been in Viet Nam at a little stall in the market or the neighborhood house that makes it to sell. Here I ordered bun bo hue and cha gio. Do take my review with a grain of salt because I had been hungry for daysssss, well really just 1 day because I was on a train. Lol. The bun bo hue here comes with a paste and you should definitely add it to your bowl. It has banana blossom as a veggie to add, but in addition to that I would also love some morning glory. The broth was well seasoned and not overly sweet like a lot of over bun bo hue and the mushrooms, tofu, and "meats" have well absorbed the flavor of the broth too. The cha gio (eggrolls, spring rolls) were fine. I didn't hate it, but I didn't think they were extra great either.“

It feels healthy and tasty. The why noodle is nice and soft and the chicken has flavor. The broth is flavorful while feeling clean. And the ginger sauce is my favorite. “Cashier has been a long time employee of this outfit and is always friendly. TK noodle has the best noodle soup! Whenever I can get out there, I always order my favorite combination rice noodle soup and it never disappoints. Prices have gone up, but it has to keep up with inflation I guess. We shared the broccoli beef, chicken fried rice, and chicken egg drop soup.

The broccoli beef was phenomenal! In addition to the broccoli, we noticed bok choy, carrots, baby corn, and onion in the mix, which all perfectly complimented the dish. The sauce was delicious.

The chicken fried rice was really good - a pretty basic dish, but we enjoyed it a lot. Some places use vegetables cut larger than I like, but these were a good size.

The soup was also really good. My only issue was there was a LOT of tofu, which I can't eat much of due to a minor allergy, but I was able to just pick the pieces out. The broth itself was amazing.“
