“I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“I've been coming here since their old location since 2002. I come for the food, and the sense that these are my "aunties" making the food. I don't know another place that sells pork belly banh mi, but here. If there is, I doubt it would fill up the sandwich as much as they do here. The duck salad and lotus root salad is so refreshing too!“

“what can I say, it's truly a Vietnamese brunch spot. They delivered, i come here every time I visit town, food always good. I feel kind of sick in the moring and and bam after a bowl of pho and some cafe sữa đá, instant cure all my sickness.“

The interior sports 2 flat screens at the front, the walls are adorned with photos of landscapes and, you guessed it! Koi 🎏The pho is exceptional, the broth is consistently tasty and complex. There are other offerings not usually found in run-of-the-mill pho shops: giant meatball in savory sauce served with a baguette 🥖; shrimp egg rolls, and the enormous ribs that come with the special pho of the house! The only mark I can fault here is during rush hour, this place gets pretty busy. So get here early, else you’ll be queuing! Or worse, they’ll run out of soup 🍜! “I had a great experience here. My friend loved the pho and I enjoyed the fresh rolls (GREAT peanut sauce) and tomato & tofu. There was some confusion bc of the language barrier but we ended up getting some free and very tasty soft tofu pudding. I want to go back soon to try the “egg” rolls and get noodles. I forgot cash so I had to go to the atm at the store across the parking lot. Everyone who worked there was so nice to us too!“

“Cashier has been a long time employee of this outfit and is always friendly. TK noodle has the best noodle soup! Whenever I can get out there, I always order my favorite combination rice noodle soup and it never disappoints. Prices have gone up, but it has to keep up with inflation I guess. Overall a great place for delicious and healthy soup.“

We shared the broccoli beef, chicken fried rice, and chicken egg drop soup.

The broccoli beef was phenomenal! In addition to the broccoli, we noticed bok choy, carrots, baby corn, and onion in the mix, which all perfectly complimented the dish. The sauce was delicious.

The chicken fried rice was really good - a pretty basic dish, but we enjoyed it a lot. Some places use vegetables cut larger than I like, but these were a good size.

The soup was also really good. My only issue was there was a LOT of tofu, which I can't eat much of due to a minor allergy, but I was able to just pick the pieces out. The broth itself was amazing.“

“I came here for lunch with a fellow coworker. First time here at this Cafe. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but the inside looks well put together. The decor and dining area looks charming and inviting. Seating is self serve.

We got a table and was greeted almost immediately and provided menus to look through. Our server was nice and polite.

The menu options are simpler compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Upon ordering our food arrived hot from the kitchen with about 15 minutes.

The food came out tasty and very delicious. The egg rolls were crunchy and yummy. My vermicelli noodle with chicken and shrimp turned out well.

Between the lunch order and the two Vietnamese coffee and side order of egg rolls total came to be about $65 with tax and tip which is on the higher side for lunch for two.

Wonderful Cafe is great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat. It’s a charming little place as others have said. Expect great service but be prepared to pay a higher premium for the food. The food won’t disappoint. Will definitely stop by again and try out some of the other items on the menu.

“10/12/2021 Recommend? Yes. Let's get straight to the point: BEST VEGAN BUN BO HUE. That's it. I'm Vietnamese and since my vegan journey of more than 2 years I haven't been able to find a satisfactory bun bo hue. My favorite ones ever have always been in Viet Nam at a little stall in the market or the neighborhood house that makes it to sell. Here I ordered bun bo hue and cha gio. Do take my review with a grain of salt because I had been hungry for daysssss, well really just 1 day because I was on a train. Lol. The bun bo hue here comes with a paste and you should definitely add it to your bowl. It has banana blossom as a veggie to add, but in addition to that I would also love some morning glory. The broth was well seasoned and not overly sweet like a lot of over bun bo hue and the mushrooms, tofu, and "meats" have well absorbed the flavor of the broth too. The cha gio (eggrolls, spring rolls) were fine. I didn't hate it, but I didn't think they were extra great either.“

The portions are very generous, and they include other items on their combo plates. Service is very fast, and the place is very clean. “I decided to try this restaurant after indoor go karting & I was impressed. Now years later while on our way home & hungry my family wanted Vietnamese food. I'm happy to find that not only has the restaurant improved their decor but the food has also stayed consistently great! We've stopped in for a family dinner several times & we are never disappointed. Every dish we have tried was delicious! For a family of 5 the price is reasonable. I highly recommend Pho Bac Hoa Viet for the food, atmosphere, & even for it being right off hwy 50. We'll definitely be going back.“
