“The best bread ever. I always get the filled ones they sell at the counter. $4.50 for 4 large rolls. They vary the fillings from strawberry, cream cheese, nutella, guava. All of them are excellent. This is my go-to place when I want to treat myself.“

Birthday Cake

“Best hopia in LA, maybe even CA! We have family both in NorCal and SoCal, have traveled to different filipino areas in the US, and this is still the best hopia in town for 20+ years we've lived here! We always get 2.5 dozen munggo and 0.5 dozen baboy. Their empanadas have also been pretty good as well 💛✨️“

“Had a specialty item made here by Lynn.
Excellent turon. Banana and jackfruit in large wrapper coated in sugar just enough, to capture the healthy flavors yet bring a slight sweetness. My office will love these. A great cookie contribution incorporating fruit.“

Cuernitos De Azucar

“I love their bread because they make it like in Mexico. There are bakeries that make their different types of pastries but all taste the same,, like vanilla yellow cake. But at Angelo's, the Conchitas taste like they should,,, con su canela,,, the cochinitos have their own taste,, they're always baking and make sure you are going to get fresh and warm Bolillos. I appreciate this bakery because they don't cut corners.“

“I hear a lot of people complaining about truck drivers and whatnot you have to understand they are on a time schedule and you should give them their space instead of trying to make a Larry Parker case half of them should put the phone down and concentrate on their driving that's the problem with the world everybody wants to take a picture rather than concentrate on their driving ease up give them their space“

“Casa Filipina Bakery’s ginataan bilo-bilo is a true taste of the Philippines. The balance of sweetness from the coconut milk and the slight savoriness of the bilo-bilo was spot on. The texture of the bilo-bilo was perfect - chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. A delightful treat.“

Dinuguan

“Went here with my friend’s fam for Mother’s Day. Ordered Bulalo, Chop Suey, Dinuguan, and Tokwat Baboy. The rest was good specially the calamansi juice but just a bit of feedback for improvement:Tokwat Baboy - the portioning of the sauce is very little. You can get more upon request but I just found it weird they don’t serve more of it in a separate bowl where you can sumberge the contents of the dish. I get that you want to keep it crispy but you can do better. ?Bulalo - could use more meat and veggies. More seasoning too. Soup lacks beefy flavor. Needs more knorr cubes. ?

Parking: Concrete. Spacious.“
